Pytloun City Boutique Hotel

Hotel is located in downtown of Liberec’s. From rooms is very a nice view on the town. Hotel is part of multifunctional complex. In this complex is parking house, very convenience. The nearby hotel is a lot of restaurants, with a different style of food, Indie’s, Vietnam…..Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfortable. Cleaning out side of rooms was not perfect. Breakfast are is to small, not fit for hotel this size. Offer meals by breakfast was limited. Overall is a good hotel with a little problematic breakfast. Anyway it’s not a bad choice.

I spent one night at this hotel. The hotel was located on the fifth floor of a commercial building. When I got there, the large entrance hall was completely empty. It confused me a bit. Then I found out that I have to take the elevator to the hotel. The lower floors of the building housed offices and doctors' surgeries. My room was small but cozy. There was a terrace that was as big as the room. The bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise from the corridor and also the TV on in the next room. Fortunately, it was quiet at night here. No one was walking in the hallway or had the TV on loud. The breakfast was excellent. It was possible to sit inside or on the terrace. Check in and check out was quick. The staff were nice and helpful.

All good, perfect location. Room are clean, the spa bath is perfect for relaxing. There you can drink a free coffee in the terrace. I really enjoyed this stay. The hotel crew is very nice and fine. Included breakfast is the very good option. Recommend

Excellent Welcome!! After 7 hours of driving family was tired, hungry and exhausted. After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. Thank you Adel, Lucie, Marie and Jana for the warm welcome and memorable stay!

Very nice clean hotel with excellent people working there. Especially Erica(manager), Adelka, Petra, Jana, Kerry and Lucie. Very pleasant, friendly girls. Also very good breakfast. Really enjoyed staying at the hotel Pytloun. We will come back. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The stay in this small hotel was very nice and we especially liked it's location in the center of the city. Our room was cosy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciate possibillity of late breakfast on the weekend and late check-out. Staff was very nice and we like to thank Adél, Marie, Kery, Jana and Connie, who take care of us!

Will definitely return if I'm visiting the area. I was impressed at the hotel rooms for a hotel of this size and budget. Rooms were quiet for a good sleep. Spacious to leave an open luggage and yet do not feel like it's obstructing your space. My room had a dedicated workspace which kept the experience of working a couple of extra hours very comfortable. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow choices. The bathroom was another really great space. Spacious and with a bath which was a blessing after a few hard days. The jacuzzi effect was just well beyond what was expected for such a hotel. It was just great. The room also had all amenities required...ironing, mini bar, coffee, and the extra addition of a couple of chocolates and crisps for that unexpected late night craving. To add to all this the room had a terrace equipped with a small table and two chairs. Weather was not permitting when I visited but on any warmer season day it would be a nice place to just chill with a cold drink. Each place was very clean. From the common areas to the room, to the bathroom. Everything worked well with no issues at all. Granted, there are always the odd small breakages here and there but nothing which posed an eyesore or which inhibited function in any way. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Not too much and with no waste. Just ample to feel fully satisfied in every way. The bar, even if small, was enough for that odd whiskey just before heading to bed. The choice of spirits was enough and I couldn't expect more. Finally, regarding the service, it was exceptionally friendly at all times. I couldn't tell whether the concierge and management was freshly starting a shift or just about to finish it. They always attended to us with a smile, in a very friendly manner and they always tried to go that extra bit to what we asked. Even if this is generally expected in this industry I still keep in mind that these are still humans and can be affected by tiredness and a host of other things, but in this case, all the staff seemed like they have their customers really at heart. The last bit, is about the parking, which was always provided without any hassle whatsoever. Parking inside in a secure place without any heavy thoughts that the car might be damaged helped a lot. It is against a cost but it is very reasonable and well worth the price. Conclusion...I will definitely be returning to this hotel and it will be my first port of call for my next visit. Highly recommended.
