Very big and clean room. Staff is very friendly and can speak English. Location is right in the middle of Old Town which is a plus.

The room was cozy and cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn't have a rest at all, no soundproofing! You can hear people on the street, it was noisy all day, and loud music until midnight. For families with kids, I will never recommend this place. The breakfast wasn't tasty, so they prepared some fruit for us. The location is the best for exploring, in the middle of Lijiang Old Town.

Because of the architectural style stipulated in the ancient city. The houses are mainly made of wood, and the sound insulation is really not as good as that of the reinforced concrete hotels outside the ancient city. Our breakfast is mainly Chinese breakfast, and we are deeply sorry that it does not suit your taste. The staff were excellent and very responsive. I really liked the location and the feel of the hotel was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

客棧位於古城一中南門區域，相對安靜。客棧有舒適小院和草坪，聚餐、靜待均適合。房間面積大，乾濕分區合理，床墊舒適。早餐豐富，米線與豆漿都很贊。免費下午茶的雲南小粒咖啡香郁，小點心可口。關鍵是客棧服務很好，幫忙接機與約車，並主動介紹景點餐飲，離開時還送伴手禮，十分貼心。值得推薦！

价格降低、搬运行李服务减少、门口外面臭，像茅房般味道、不建议入住。房間放腳底按摩還要收費。

Réponse de l'établissement: 首先非常感謝您的再次入住，因我們店房價較之前有所降低，所以對應的服務都有所下降，在您入住之前已經和您解釋過我們店不提供行李接送服務，所有客人都需要自行到店，然後房間放置的腳底按摩您上次入住的時候也是存在的也是需要收費的，您介意收費可以不使用或者我們直接搬走都可以的，房間門口的異味問題經查看確實存在，我們也在積極查找原因處理中，給您帶來不愉快的入住體驗也很抱歉，我們一定積極改正，祝您旅途愉快
