La location de cet hôtel est près de la Shuhe ancient town , très tranquille , loin de la bruyante rue
de Lijiang old town mais convenient pour tous, la chambre est agréable, très moderne et propre , la douche est bien , il y a pleins de choix pour le petit déjeuner, et ils nous ont offert l’apéritif et la dégustation du thé gratuitement ,on peux voir la montagne enneigée de Jade dragon par temps clair, je vous recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour à lijiang .

The location of the hotel is great, plenty of places to eat nearby and closer to Yulong snow mountain. The rooms was nice and clean with a great view of the mountains. The staff were also very attentive and provided good service.

I was so glad to stay in this hotel , the staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and caring, they treat you with desserts in the evenings, very atmospheric and beautiful view, there is also a mini gym, you can work out, delicious breakfast, the location is also very good, near the old city, the hotel staff also organized a free shuttle to the airport. highly recommend this hotel,

We had a wonderful stay at the Cloudland! The location just outside the ancient town of Shuhe made it easy to get a car to other places but also easy to wander through the town. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we need for our short stay. Check in was smooth and fast, the staff were very friendly and communication by WeChat made our stay relaxing. Breakfast (Chinese) was good and filling and they also served Chinese desserts in the evening. You could also try Chinese tea but we sadly did not have enough time to try. One small thing to consider is the absence of an elevator. If you have big luggages you need to keep that in mind but the staff helped us with our big luggage so it’s a small issue.

great location- next to Shehe old town - which is much relaxed to walk around than the main old town in Lijiang.

We loved staying at this hotel! location was great and the room was very modern and comfortable. The owner was also very friendly and spoke great english! we wish we could have stayed longer. When we come back to Lijiang we will stay here again

This hotel was amazing. The location is ideal, the physical environment of the space was beautiful, clean and well maintained, and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff. They constantly went above and beyond the normal customer service to help us. They took so much effort to care for us and make us feel comfortable. We continued to be amazed at the service for the entirety of our stay. I absolutely recommend this hotel to all.
