Provision of excellent customer service through interaction with customers must never be seen to be exaggerated. A general review of the rooms to test if all equipment are working properly must always be done before quests enter. I feel that this is lacking. There was a time I entered into one of the rooms only to find out that the connections to the TV were loose and I had to call reception to bring in a technician.

A great hotel in Lilongwe. Clean rooms, good service and good meals. Location is also apt with lavish grounds. The rooms are large, airy and well furnished. Bathrooms _ clean, hot water, shower and bath, utapenda. A smart TV in the rooms gives access to variety of your choice.

I would highly recommend the hotel. Its worth its rating! Great experience except for the unbearable noise from other events during conferences each time I have been there. The noise can be heard at night too. Excellent services from the potters, cleaners, room service, and overall immaculate but marred by the unacceptable noise!

The Hotel is very smart and the rooms are very clean. The Location is very secure and easily accessible, being at the central location within the City Centre. Good and safe location if one wants to take a walk outside the hotel premises. Best choice for comfortable stay for international visitors.

Spectacular views of Lilongwe from my room on the 9th floor, kind and courteous staff, decent food and very clean rooms. I would recommend this facility to anyone visiting Lilongwe for business or pleasure. The occasional commotion caused by "VIP" guests and their overzealous entourages, as well as poor wifi service were my only negative experiences.

Good and secure place to stay in Malawi. Food is good ,Breakfast service is excellent . Premises in centre of Lilongwe town. Overall experience was good will to stay in Future also .All staff member is good .

Feels at home! Their staff are front and center of the experience I enjoyed. Friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, professional, and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this the hotel to anyone looking to visit Malawi. Enjoy!!!!!!!
