Hôtels proches de Centro Comercial Las Brisas de Ate, Lima

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!

Il est interdit de recevoir une visite quelconque dans sa chambre. Ce qui est malhonnête, c'est qu'on découvre cela quand il est trop tard pour annuler. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement cher pour ce qu'il est, mais en cela cet hôtel ne se différencie pas des autres hôtels à Lima actuellement, malheureusement.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

We picked the hotel because it has triple rooms and it’s reviews. However it’s not the great hotel reviewed 2 and 3 years ago. The good points for the hotel are the employees especially Tanya. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Breakfast is below par. Only one cup and one hand towel was provided to a room despite the fact that we were 5. The espresso machine did not have cup or capsules for use. No water bottle was provided. It feel management looked to cut cost were posible.

Nous sommes arrivés à Lima à 1 h 30 et nous avons dû rester à un hôtel près de l'aéroport, comme nous avions prévu de voler à Cusco dans les 12 heures à l'arrivée. Le prix était de 30 seules (moins de 10 dollars US). La chambre était spacieuse et avait les éléments essentiels dont nous avons besoin dans un hôtel. J'ai réveillé à 6 heures du matin, en entendant un grillet. Je serai honnête, l'hôtel est à Callao, qui n'est pas la plus belle région de Lima. Le matin, nous avons vu la place de Armas de Lima. Notre ambassadeur de front de l'hôtel était si gentil - elle attendait dehors de l'hôtel avec nous pour s'assurer que nous étions protégés et que mon téléphone était constamment vérifié pour s'assurer que nous venions dans le bon Uber. Malheureusement, je ne parle pas espagnol, mais j'ai compris ses gestes quand elle dit que mon téléphone pouvait être pris. Lorsque nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel pour aller à l'aéroport, notre gestionnaire d'hôtel a gardé nos bagages dans une chambre fermée et a encore séjourné avec nous à l'extérieur pour notre Uber à l'aéroport. L'hôtel Padama est un hôtel abordable à proximité de l'aéroport.

On passe une nuit pour se reposer, et le lendemain on prend un autre vol. Malgré notre arrivée à 11 h, M. Martin était bien réceptif, attentif et éduqué, nous a reçus avec quelques douces et des boissons et le lendemain, malgré le début, à 6 h, nous a fourni un délicieux petit-déjeuner!! Les logements, bien qu'il soit une vieille maison, étaient bien propres et soignés.

C'est un bon endroit pour rester si vous utilisez Lima comme point de saut pour aller à différents endroits au Pérou. Il est juste à l'extérieur de l'aéroport (et sur plusieurs routes folles, donc je ne suggère pas que vous y marchez!) et il y a un transbordeur gratuit qui fonctionne tous les 10-15 minutes. Une fois sorti de la demande de bagages, allez au bureau de taxis, au transport et allez à la marque Direct Taxi 9blue) et leur dites que vous avez besoin du ferry Holiday Inn. Quelqu'un vous emmènera dehors (auparavant tous les chauffeurs de taxis de libre-service qui vous attirent l'attention) au lieu où le transbordeur arrive. (Si vous demandez un taxi de libre-service pour le transbordeur gratuit, ne vous surprenez pas si vous voyez qu'il n'y a pas un- WRONG.) L'hôtel est très confortable (et très occupé!) et son restaurant est ouvert 24/7. La pizza de ma sœur était juste et mon frère n'a pas recommandé le hamburger. Le personnel est très, très aimable et utile; le contrôle prend un peu plus de temps que vous ne l'attendrez, mais je pense que c'est parce que le gouvernement peruvien exige plus que le nombre habituel de formulaires à ce lieu - pas tout à fait sûr. Les chambres sont spacieuses (demandez 2 cartes clés car une doit être insérée dans la fenêtre juste à l'intérieur de la porte pour activer l'électricité, si vous séjournez avec quelqu'un qui veut rester dans la chambre pendant que vous descendez pour prendre un morceau ou une boisson, vous serez en mesure de vous rendre à la maison. Il est très confortable, très confortable et très abordable. Pour entrer dans la ville, ils appelleront un taxi enregistré 9ou vous pouvez Uber) et il sera courant environ $15-20 USD. Ils resteraient certainement ici si notre itinéraire était quelque chose comme notre qui était ”Lima à Iquitos à Lima à Cusco à Lima à la maison!”
