房間很大很新，床很舒適，陽台的景色無敵；
早餐非常豐富，拿鐵咖啡很好喝，特別推薦中餐廳，叉燒肉和烤鴨非常贊，完全超出預期；

Horrible ! Des travaux dans la piscine, c’est insupportable. Tu paye 400€ par nuit pour entendre des travaux toute la journée. Nul ! Le pire esr que tu les previens, et il s’en foute, il comprenne meme pas ou est le probleme. Honte sur vous pour cette experience desagreable

The face of the hotel is NERMINE the right person in the right place, she is amazing , we love the hotel because of her, she is the star of the hotel, i want to say something about her , yesterday we were in the reception and one guest faced problem with one employee and we saw nermine solve this problem , i was observing her , she brought water for him and talked to him and let him calm down , and the guest was very happy because of her, we saw everything , she is amazing and you can trust her, and she deserve the best position , hope you will be . You are kind and special , no body can meet you without loving you

The most important things in this hotel, the employees , the best service, specialyyy the Lebanese NERMINE who did a lotttttt to us, specially to me, I was sick she came three times to check me with the nurse and take care about my health and she let me feel like I’m at home between my family, she is positive smiley and have an positive energy, she is amazing , with all our respect but if we will come here specially for NERMINE, we will come monthly

The minute you walk into this hotel you can feel the luxury this hotel offers. The room was just perfect and the food was fabulous! New steak house opening in May looked amazing. Pool areas all excellent and kids facilities were incredible. Buffet is one of the best I have been too with live cooking stations for your mains. Plenty of entertainment if you want it and the hotel also has Europe’s biggest resort ****** which was fab. We will definitely return.
