Avis : Liuzhou Grand Hotel

This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. Overall a great place and super nice staff.

The staff was kind and helpful, especially 小胖. The location of the hotel was great. It’s within walking distances to the day market and musical water fountain show. It’s also connected to a mall. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The only downside was the air conditioner that wasn’t cold. Maybe it’s winter so the airflow was just warm air.

Great location, a little dated, shower in a bathtub with a curtain where the shower head is really low, I hit my head on it a few times. Gym, washing machine facilities and restaurants are really quite good.

Love this golden key staff in this hotel that serves us and makes us feel so special. Special thanks to Qing Luni! Your service is excellent. The location is so convenient, eateries and shopping and the river is all close by. Will recommend to my friends.

設施：能看出來床翻新了，但是房間真的很臟，感覺開業到現在再也沒有翻修了，體驗感非常一般，這麼好的位置，真的很可惜！！ 衞生：床單被罩乾淨，床邊的角落都是灰塵，木板都發黑了。 服務：無功無過

剛剛退房，必須為柳州賓館的優質服務點贊！從入住到離店全程體驗非常舒適，幾個細節特別打動我：房間整潔温馨，床品舒適，全新的22樓自助洗衣房，非常方便整潔，前台及客房阿姨熱情高效，客房響應速度超快，特別感謝團隊讓我的行程如此完美，下次來柳州一定會再次選擇這裏！

服務：酒店任何一個崗位的工作人員服務都超級超級好 我真的已經很久沒有這麼好的體驗了 負責2315號客房的服務大姐也很熱情 細節非常感動我 地理：地理位置絕版 無可複製 帶娃來逛街吃東西去青雲早市直接步行 非常方便 住宿就在商場樓下 逛街狂真的太愛了 雖然賓館設施老舊 但是空調是十個給力的 深得我心 下次再去還是會選擇柳州賓館 建議：酒店自助早餐菜品非常一般 也不夠新鮮 希望改進

出差選擇的酒店，10年前來柳州也是住的這一家 設施：設施方面比較舊了，畢竟老牌五星級酒店 衞生：挺乾淨 環境：酒店位於柳州五星路步行街，樓下就是商場和鬧市，吃的東西很多。 服務：一般吧，可能是人手不夠用，有一次忘帶房卡了，在朋友房間等了打了三通電話好久才有人過來。

位置很好，出去行街方便，附近吃的購物都相當方便，到江邊也方便。服務可好了，酒店有些老了，是老牌四星，停車場要收費不是很好感覺，希望停車費可不可以進行免掉，感覺會會不一樣的。

位於柳州市中心的中心，適逢五一，明明近在眼前，掉頭開車進去卻用了接近半個小時，對自駕不太友好。老牌大酒店，黃金位置，毗鄰五星步行街，愛熱鬧的應該是個很好的選擇。住的應該是最低檔的乞丐房，在14樓，裝修風格是上世紀的豪華風，槽點是老舊的浴缸和狹小的衞生間。得分點是樓頂的旋轉餐廳，在雨天給了我們煙雨迷濛的柳州城景。服務也是老牌酒店的熨貼。如果是平日價格，應該還有再見的機會。

設施：很豪華舒適，房間物品很齊全周到貼心，衞浴品牌還是TOTO，床墊軟軟的，空調很給力 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：沒有異味，就算吃了螺螄粉，經過一早的清潔，一下回歸清新，走廊乾淨 服務：前台很親和，房間服務很熱情，就連走廊搞衞生的阿姨非常有禮貌 頂樓旋轉餐廳，菜色不錯，口感很好 位置在城市中心，酒店就是在大商場裏面，走出酒店就是五星美食街，走遠一點就是江邊，四通八達，唯一不足就是選了高峯節日去，周圍街道人頭洶湧

房間乾淨，古早味，景色不錯，正對風情港那棟樓（但是天天早出晚歸也沒有顧得上看） 位置很好，青雲市場，五星商業街都很近，不過柳州景點本身都離得不遠 最令人感動的是服務，五點高峯期退房去火車站，覃露妮小姐姐一路幫我們拖着箱子去路口，又幫我們打出租車，沒有她估計要在門口折騰好一會 柳州和柳州人都很好，下次再來～
