Stayed one night and was very pleased with the standard and cleanliness of the apartment. 2 spacious bedrooms with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Large and well appointed bathroom also. Location is perfect and the apartment was excellent value for money. Early check-in was a bonus also. Only niggle was the noise coming from the plumbing. Really loud and needs repaired. Otherwise perfect and will definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms Pros Cheap cost City centre Close to car parks and transport links Toiletries and cleaning products provided Great facilities in apartment ( washer, fridge etc) Cons It’s an old building with single glazing so there’s some street noise ( the company has other apartments not far away in quieter locations ) The second ‘bedroom is only partitioned off from the living area so it’s unusable if the person/people in there are still asleep I have to say some of the reviews for this place made me worry if booking this was a good choice or not. But it was only for one night so what was the. Worst that could happen The apartment is beautifully furnished and the linen was clean and soft Obviously these are let all the time so there’s some general wear and tear and some of the dining chairs are a bit stained but I get that they don’t get much opportunity to deep clean However. The beds were comfy. It had everything you need for a stay away. Cups plates etc. little toiletries in the bathroom ( maybe a mini soap for the sink wouldn’t go amiss guys ). Washing up stuff and a washing machine are included if you need them The apartment was amazingly spacious It was just a friend and I but we opted for two rooms as I’m an early riser and she isn’t. Plus I snore - so I’ve saved her having to listen to me all night . The communication from the castle collection was great from the get go , the staff we met in the building were very friendly and it was nice to find somewhere that didn’t take hen/stag parties to help keep noise down If you’re wanting somewhere affordable that’s not a premier inn etc. in the city centre. Comfortable and clean then I highly recommend. We’ll definitely be using these again if we return to Liverpool

This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever had a night away. I was so disappointed because the idea of the place is gorgeous and surface level it looks great however when we come to get in bed that night we were greeted with blood, tanning stains and CHEWING GUM! Chewing gum that has the sheet stuck to the pillow and had hairs in! It’s absolutely vile ! We had to strip the bed to be able to sleep late at night. I was also sent a confirmation email advising me to park in the Q-park as they provide a discount ticket which thirds your price which was the main reason we chose the room. When I come to check out there was no ticket, I called to be advised it is old and they don’t offer this anymore. When I asked why it was sent on their confirmation email they said it wasn’t their fault. The general customer service is dreadful. I put a complaint through advising of the vile bed sheets and issues over parking with pictures. I’ve chased that complaint up for over a month with no reply to anything, and the manager always being “out” or “in a meeting” when I called. I rang today to be told twice to call back in an hour or so. When I rang for the third time I was put through to Gemma who began the conversation saying “ why didn’t you call when you checked in?” I explained we hadn’t quality checked the room as we wouldn’t expect to have to do this, and didn’t go to get into bed till the early hours. Gemma then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t believe it was there and there’s nothing she can do. I asked if she was accusing me of leaving of lying or putting the chewing gum there and she advised “well it wasn’t there as the sheets were clean”. I’m so shocked that I have been accused of planting chewing gum and leaving blood on the bed sheets of a hotel room. What kind of customer services just tells you it’s your own fault. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The customer service is horrendous. Their standards are obviously below poor. Vile.

The Castle Collection apartments are fantastic and great value for money. Our apartment was spacious and clean, good cooking area, washing machine amd fridge, wide screen TV and comfortable living area. Spotless bathroom and a lovely bedroom with a big comfy bed, good wardrobe space too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, when we were retrieving our keys to the apartment they were brilliant showing us how everything worked, thank you girls. The apartments are in a fantastic location for bars, resaurants and sightseeing, close to The Albert Dock and Pier Head. Would definitely recommend a stay here to family and friends.

This has been hands down the worst place I have ever stayed in. On top of it the service and care for the customer has been non existent. I am still here till Saturday and no response from the landlords. Where do I start? Stained chairs, broken shower dray, loose tiles in the sitting bathroom, mould on the walls, shockingly scuffed carpets.. no attempt to change our room or offer us some sort of compensation. Honestly go somewhere else… stay in a traveller’s hostel if necessary.

Our apartment was in breach of health and safety regulations. Twin room was a small attic room on top of industrial staircase. You wouldn’t be able to walk barefoot there because they were pavement slabs at the bottom of the staircase and hardly any lighting. Make sure you don’t stay there with kids but even for us adults this set up was challenging especially trying to get to the bathroom at night. Cleanliness was leaving a lot to be desired for too. In short… look elsewhere.

We stayed at 3 Union Court. Brilliant value accommodation in the heart of the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool. A great base to explore Liverpool. Apartment is very spacious, bed comfortable and rooms are quiet considering its location. Spiral stairs to the apartment are a nice historic touch. Plenty of choices of places to eat and drink in a very short distance.
