Spacious room and worth of price. Friendly environment and tasty breakfast. Great to have 30 mins. Free WiFi for every 24 hours. Good location.

Nice clean budget hotel in the centre of Liverpool , friendly staff and a comfy bed , everything I needed and
with bars , shops and train stations within walking distance I would definitely recommend 👍

Hotel situado en una ubicación excepcional. Desayuno inglés tipo buffet no muy variado.
La limpieza de la habitación no se realiza diariamente y solo pasan a dejar toallas si avisas con anterioridad.
Repetiría? Probablemente. La relación calidad precio a fin de cuentas es positiva.

La ubicación excelente para visitar todos los puntos de interés. El desayuno buffet tipo continental esta bien. Lo negativo es que no te hacen la habitación y que la conexión a internet es pésima, si quieres wifi tienes 30’ al dia gratis, sino tienes que pagar 3 libras al día.

This hotel is central to a lot of tourist attractions in Liverpool centre, and 5 minutes walk from the docks. Clean hotel and such friendly staff, who were on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations.

First of all The “Superb Room” we booked The room we were given was already allocated, the key card worked to let us in, the room was a mess with someone else’s belongings. We returned to reception and were asked”are you sure “? Really! A receptionist came all the way back up to the 6th floor to check, guess what it was already occupied , best bit was though, there was a chap on the lift with us and lo and behold it was his room, They allocated id the next room and that was fine until 5 am when the noise outside on the main road was horrendous with commercial Bins being emptied. The window was open and it would not close, the fitting is broken, it looked as it it es broken for a good wjoolrvad it was all rusted and dirty. When I spoke to the receptionist in the morning she acted all surprised, said she would move us to another room, we were only there for 1 night. So if you go, don’t book “Superb Room” 607

The travel lodge was central and a short walk to The Albert Dock and the Liver Building, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfy and clean. The staff were fantastic The reception staff friendly and helpful. I left my earrings in my room, which were very sentimental to me, I rang the hotel on the chance they had been found. LENA went above and beyond in locating them, phoning me and then posting them back to me. She is a credit to you Travel Lodge.

Several issues with this hotel. Firstly, the noise levels from a metal shutter for an underground carpark over the road. Opening and closing constantly all hours of the day and night. Sounded like a thousand shopping trolleys were being pushed down the road. Awful racket, constant all day and all night. My room itself was ok. Spacious. But, curtains were not blackout. I had to go and buy an eye mask as they were so flimsy and let lots of light in. Not good. Shower was no more than a dribble,very weak flow. Shower tray too shallow so curtain didn’t stop what little water there was going over the floor. No bath mat provided so I had to use a towel for the floor. Hotel location ok, but for the shutter issue. Would not stay here again, no sleep for 3 of the 4 nights I was here. Colleagues who were on other side of hotel had a different experience and said their rooms were quiet, so I guess it’s luck as to what room you get.
