Very convenient and easy to get around. There is even an Amazon locker on site. The breakfast options are decent. WiFi is slow however

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression.
The location is good though.

Amazing hotel to stay at so clean and nothing was a problem with the very friendly and professional staff we can’t wait to come back for another visit! We will be back soon and will be recommending this premier inn to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay.

Premier Plus room on 5th floor was spotlessly clean and had a good view across the rooftops to the Liver building. Check in process appalling and confusing. Of the 2 lifts, one was out of order all weekend and the other was dirty. Returned to hotel Saturday night to find what looked like urine in the corner of the lift.

Location is everything for this hotel, was very pricey for the Grand National weekend. Twin bed being sold as a double and sofa bed is not really worth paying more than just sharing a double….. WiFi wasn’t working in the bedroom area but was in reception, unfortunately staff were too busy as the hotel was very full to fix the issue. If the price was a little more realistic it would be a higher review.

I use Premier Inn weekly for business and leisure and they always deliverer what they advertise. Clean, safe and comfortable and value for money. Always a good choice. Great location if you are looking to take a break or have business in the City.
