Perfect location, clean and good sized rooms, service a little moody and potentially overworked so snapping at customers but kind and helpful overall

Very convenient and easy to get around. There is even an Amazon locker on site. The breakfast options are decent. WiFi is slow however

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression.
The location is good though.

Amazing hotel to stay at so clean and nothing was a problem with the very friendly and professional staff we can’t wait to come back for another visit! We will be back soon and will be recommending this premier inn to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay.

First visit here for over ten years. Lovely hotel, great location. Two big car parks opposite which is handy. City centre location meaning everything including The Albert Docks are in walkable range which is close to the MS arena and the Exhibition centre. Nightlife and bars all close by too. Highly recommend hotel. A good example of a Premier Inn.

I paid for early check-in from 11000 but a room wasn’t available when I tried to check-in at 1300. When I did get a key the room I entered was occupied. We then left our bags in the baggage area and went out. But we came back and collected our bags later and didn’t stay because of the experience. But I’ve still paid £170 for all this

A warm welcome was extended to myself and my two sisters on arrival by the receptionist Ryan. Rooms very clean and comfortable. It has Tea/Coffee making facilities and a Bar/Restaurant on site. Must give a shout out to Matthew, who was extremely helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble for both Ryan and Matthew. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Cavern and an additional few minutes will have you in the centre of main street. The tourist office was very central and we were able to purchase tickets here for both the Ferry across the Mersey and the Hop On Hop Off bus tour ( Yellow Bus). Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Will be back. Thank you Ryan and Matthew - The Stars of the Premier Inn Liverpool
