The Z Hotel Liverpool

It was very good, the staff were very helpful and knowledge. The location was perfect.

We couldn’t use the hot water on 27 dec- 28 dec (1 day) because of the boiler issue.

The property was a good location, and the shower was very strong. You can’t hear anything outside of the rooms, ok for space to move around the room. Air con is very nice and works well cold or warm. The staff were very nice and pleasant. We arrived just after 5, general check in is at 3. We were told we had to wait as they wasn’t sure what rooms are ready but the rooms were ready, it didn’t really make sense what we were being told.Waited around 10 minutes before being told our room number, we did get offered a free drink as a complimentary but I would say structure is a bit shocking. The beds were not comfy at all, couldn’t sleep through out the night, the pillows were not comfy, woke up with a sore kneck and back. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else for the price or even spending more elsewhere. Parking wasn’t too bad, parked at Moorfield NCP with voucher came to £12 something, however there is a car park closer called Victoria which is across the road. The hotel needs a bit of TLC altogether, buttons on elevator were very worn.

We recently had a 2 night stay at Z Hotel, Lovely welcome on arrival, very clean with a large bathroom within the bedroom that was well equipped with everything we needed. As members we had complimentary cheese and wine each night which was very nice. Breakfast was lovely, we enjoyed both the bacon sandwich and yoghurt which was delicious and well presented. Would recommend and no doubt we will return when visiting Liverpool again.

My wife, Donna, and I had the most wonderful experience at the Z Hotel in Liverpool this past weekend. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating - our room was absolutely perfect - spotless and very comfortable with first class facilities. A huge thank you to Gerald and his front desk personnel (Camille, David and Emma) who made us feel at home right from check-in through to check-out. We were provided with complimentary assorted cheese and cracker platters each night and wines. Gerald - many thanks for all your help and kindness during our stay - you went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel which is a 5 minute walk from Mathew Street and the Cavern Club........Thank you so much Z Hotels - you run a superior operation........I look forward to our next stay..........Greg Rose

Perfect hotel for travel on a budget I had the most amazing stay in this hotel. For £35 I didn’t expect too much however the quality of my stay blew me away. I was upgraded to a room with a window which had a lovely view, however I think my stay would’ve still been fine without it. The rooms and en-suites are so cute, comfy and clean, there was a massive tv on the wall perfect for a chill night in , as well as all the amenities needed for coffee and tea. Had no problem at all with the aircon and heating, also I’ve seen some complaints about the mattress however it was the perfect firmness for me, as were the pillows. Free cheese and a drink in the evening is a really great addition and the staff were super accommodating to me arriving late. The hotel is located a quick walk from Liverpool one and so was an easy walk to and from the shops / bus station. The hotel will also hold onto your bag for you before check in and after you check out free of cost, which was one of the best parts of this hotel as it allowed me to spend time exploring Liverpool. I also want to give the biggest shoutout to the hotel staff who are all so friendly and always have a smile on their face, nothing was ever too much of an ask! There was one lady in particular ( I didn’t get your name sorry!) who was often at the desk who was extremely kind and lovely to talk which made me feel very at ease as a solo traveller. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay, next time I come to Liverpool I will absolutely be coming back to Z hotel!! Thank you!
