Hôtels 3 étoiles à Liverpool

We had 2/2 sleeplessnights, the bed had springs stuck in our backs in the first room, we then asked to change rooms, we were given a different room which the bed was slightly better. The second night we realised we had left something in the first room, it was an important part of my husbands cpap machine as he has sleep apnea. I went to ask at reception and they told me that housekeeping would of put it in lost property, I asked if I could look in lost property but the answer was “no” you will have to come back at 9 am the next morning. I tried to explain the importance as my husband can’t sleep without it as he stops breathing… the answer was still “no” so we had another sleepless night. I understand it was our fault for leaving this part in the first room but surely this wasn’t the first time this kind of thing had happened??? I felt it was a very unreasonable situation…. Surely someone other than the housekeeping staff would have had a key to lost property. We will not be staying at The Adelphi Hotel again. Regards Gill Sellars 1st room 676 2nd room 370

L'hôtel est très confortable et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec un très joli repas et un très joli personnel d'attente, en particulier une jolie fille brune à cheveux, je oubliais de demander son nom, debout et de m'avoir eu une conversation puis je me donnai des instructions à l'hôtel et je me proposais de m'appeler mon taxi. Il recommande à tout voyageur fatigué de chercher un bon sommeil de nuit et un petit-déjeuner culinaire.

Le personnel de la ville est très bien situé, moderne et confortable /helpful. Il y avait un joli touche quand nous avons reçu une mini-bouteille de Liverpool Gin pour boire ou pour avoir comme souvenir de prise de vue. Le petit déjeuner était OK sauf que la machine à café a défait. Le café de Nescafé est un café à la fois avec des bières de café et fait à l'époque est très apprécié !

Arrived to find none of the check-in portals working and a queue forming at reception. None of the staff acknowledged me as I waited 30 minutes to check in. A bored looking IT guy just ignored everyone, staff and customers. The room was clean and what you would expect for a PI, it was cold though and the heating didn't seem to be working (or not working well). The bar area was good and there's a car park directly across the road (warning, the entrance is VERY tight if you have a large car). Wish PI would upgrade their hairdryers, they are about as much use as someone blowing on your hair, took ages to dry. The shower gel didn't work. Breakfast was a shambles. I paid for a continental but as I was on my own, I don't leave a bag or phone behind at the table when I'm choosing food. Every time I left the table someone tried to move onto my table, although it was clear someone was sitting there. It nearly drove me insane. Groups insisting on sitting together - I get this BUT people can see how small the breakfast room is - just find a seat and sit apart, what does it matter?!!!! In the end I paid £7.99 for one bowl of cereal because I gave up trying to get any additional food or drink. When I left, the lifts weren't working, so it was a bit of a struggle down the stairs with baggage and a suitcase. Ignored again by reception but a manager (?) did help with check-out. Not the best PI but ok for a 1 night business stay.

La location est excellente pour visiter tous les points d'intérêt. Le petit-déjeuner buffet continental est bien. Le pire est que vous n'êtes pas en chambre et que la connexion à l'internet est mauvaise, si vous voulez un wifi vous avez 30' gratuit par jour, mais vous devez payer 3 livres par jour.

Le groupe de 30+ a été amené à Liverpool pour la semaine. Les chambres de jeux sont aussi des chambres de jeux pour le groupe. La location était parfaite pour nous et était située à proximité de l'université (2 minutes) et du centre-ville (5 minutes). Un endroit occupé (de nombreux bars, restaurants et clubs à proximité) avec beaucoup de gens qui viendraient et allaient, mais très sûr et sûr avec le personnel gardant un œil ferme sur tout. La réception est ouverte 24h/24 et une série de règles strictes en matière de comportement, mais une sorte de vibe très cool et relaxé sur le lieu.

Excellent hotel , personnel grand , petit déjeuner très bon , location centrale , un parc de voiture très sécurisé et un merci spéciale à Lisa , le gestionnaire pour avoir sorti notre acheteur un bon cadeau comme nous avons eu des problèmes avec la réservation en ligne , total un grand séjour de 2 jours et nous reviendrons la prochaine fois que nous visiterons Liverpool

Très bon hôtel central! Vous pourrez découvrir la ville à pied, et évidement vous pourrez aller à Andfield voir les matchs. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Vous pouvez prendre un cocktail sur place et le personnel est accueillant.
