So, where to start… I’ll be honest and mention both the positive and negative points of this hotel. Positive: - rooms are clean, a bit old-fashioned but the working staff really do their best - food is good, sometimes breakfast is cold (eggs etc.) but they cook a new one if requested - location is good, easy transport to Livigno city centre or ski lifts Negative: - far from a 4-star hotel: wellness is €20 (!!) per day per person so you can ‘t even use the swimming pool or a sauna unless you pay extra. Ridiculous for this type of hotel. - using the ‘fitness’ (being a couple of cardio exercises, a weight rack, a multi-rack and 2 yoga mats) costs a whopping €15 per day per person. This isn’t worth even €1 and should be a standard free service like any other hotel. The room is locked so they only open it upon request and acceptance of the extra fee - management said I couldn’t put a negative review online when I complained about these extreme prices which is standard in almost all other hotels - I was told by another person in the hotel that almost every room can be opened very easily so be aware not to keep expensive or important things there. Management was informed about this… In general a very bad experience and we would never book this hotel again. Same comments were heard from other hotel guests. A thumbs up however for the staff working there.

Accommodation was excellent, double room, with balcony. Being a vegetarian, there was ample meals for myself, at breakfast and evening meals. The room was warm and pretty big, a few flies of stairs to negotiate, but it was OK. Lifts available, but did not use. The staff at reception and restraint were friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, a very excellent hotel.

Lovely Hotel, Igor from the Taverna especially stood out, very lovely man and offered great service and alot of laughs. He definatley made our stay worth it. Just dont let him play you at chess! Had a lovely week and would recommend!

Were in Livingo with friends for ski holiday. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful! Rooms were quite "tired", but still comfortable. The SPA was new and very good, it was included to our booking, so we didn`t need to pay extra. The only bad thing was weak WIFI. In general, would recommend this place.

When you arrive at the hotel you are literally blocked by a tree-log so you can not easily drop off luggage after a tiresome journey. Not very welcoming. Then you find out that an after-ski swim in trhe pool (or use of the gym) will cost you 20euro pp EACH TIME! (10euro for one child), plus 3euro for a cap. After 6 days this would mean we would pay 360euro (plus 12euro for caps), just for half hour swim a day. Of course you will say that is for a whole day but after a full day skiing the time spent there does not reflect the price to pay. How is this possible? And how come you don’t mention it on the website? We have made our booking already in September and were early for checking in. However, we got two rooms completely seperated from each other, each on the other side of the corridor. And then you find out how guest oriented your hotel is. It is not. The manager is well trained in dismissing people in front of the desk, using all kind of amazing arguments. Crying daughters did not help. In the end we were told that he would look again after 2 days for options. Not surprising, we haven’t heard from him anymore, not after asking, not at all. You feel very dissapointed, not respectfully treated. And then another strange thing. We booked two 2-p designs rooms. One room turned out to be an attic room, with only a rooftop window? For the same price? If that would be shown on the website we would never have booked it. Unbelievable. The wifi? This was below standard as well. Hardly any wifi in our room, only when you stand next to the window. We could join the Gala Diner on the 31st. This would mean we have to pay 60euros pp (including our teenage daughters at 240euros). As we were not in the mood after our dissapointing check -in we cancelled our reservation. This meant we had only 1 hour for diner as we were requested to leave the restaurant by 8pm. We are not used to be in such a situation. In the past we spent lovely Christmas or New Year dinners in hotels. The last day of our stay we wanted to leave early. In the past in other hotels we were offered a packed breakfast to take with us, without asking. Luckily we already expected it not to happen in this hotel and we bought our breakfast for the last day in the supermarket. Since a long time we were planning a ski holiday and finally, we decided to spend a few days in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is good and varied, and the staff is polite and helpful. We just enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure in the future. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed in reception with a drink and cake by a very jolly lady with a great smile. The young lad on reception was also a nice happy lad. Had a few problems with the key card to get into room but was soon sorted. Very nice room with all that was required for a one night stay. We had to go to the "sister hotel" for our evening meal with a mini bus provided, no problem. Lovely meal, staff here not as pleasant as the Intermonti. Decided to walk back to our hotel which was very close by. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was superb. Not seen such a choice. Plenty staff on hand to help with anything that was needed. No hesitation in recommending this place. Top class.

The hotel is not worth 2 stars! It is rated as a 4 star hotel. The staff not flexible at all. The rooms are very old and need to be renovated. It is a labyrinth and it takes forever to come to the room. Spa and pool are not working… not recommending the hotel at all!

Accoglienza alla Reception scadente, spesso siamo passati e nessuno davvero salutava, sembrava di aver da fare con personale stanco ed annoiato. Stanze vecchie, se consideriamo che e' un quattro stelle. Colazione mediocre, lontana dal sogno della cucina italiana. Rapporto qualita'/ prezzo non buono, diciamo la verita', non e' neanche un hotel a buon mercato. L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato in struttura, e' stata la Spa, molto carina, e ben tenuta, buona la pulizia e ottimo il servizio della signora ( una nota davvero positiva all'interno dell'hotel ), che si occupa dell'accoglienza al centro benessere ( gestione asciugamani, servizi benessere vari). P.s. per la colazione, nel tavolo marmellate, scrivete i nomi delle marmellate, perche' non si capisce. La critica non vuole essere distruttiva, ma potrebbe essere costruttiva, c'e' sempre margine di miglioramento.
