The staff at this hotel go above and beyond what you would expect for an hotel, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay a great one, special mention for Michelle who made my stay memorable.

Poor Service all round. I regret booking this hotel.

Located in Llanelli centre with parking at extra cost. We parked in Church St Car Park, 5 minutes walk away. All day parking for £2.40. Free after 6pm and until 12pm on Sunday. Our room cost £65.99 (room only) on a Saturday night. The hotel is on the second floor of the building with over 50 steps to get there, or I would use the one lift if you have luggage. Friendly staff. Ask at reception for hair drier. It was very warm in the hotel. Newish building with glass around the stairs to attract high temperatures from the sunlight. The window in our room opened a little bit. The fan in the room was a blessing. Comfortable bed, clean room with basic tea/coffee making facilities, tv and shower room. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but various places to eat on ground floor like Nandos, Hungry Horse and Jenkins cafe.

Let’s start with a positive - location is pretty good. Sits above a decent pub and Nando’s is on the same block BUT don’t expect a decent nights sleep. We were part of a large group and all had the same issues - no hot water over weekend (Friday-Sunday) so barely lukewarm showers and no temperature control in the room so it was uncomfortably warm. You can open the windows but you’ll then be serenaded by the seagulls at stupid o’clock. No apologies from the hotel at all about the lack of hot water.

There was no hot water for the entire 3 day stay, small beds, room required a serious level of updating.

Centrally located with a great eating venue underneath. Clean linen, fresh rooms and friendly staff. You cannot beat it. Cheap parking g nearby (Asda can be booked online) £2 per day + booking fee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay
