Omg loved this place great views ,great friendly staff ,food was amazing,had to wait 15 mins for food but was worth it ,a busy little gem will revisit again and again ,very child friendly water for dogs great outside seating area and outside bar roll on summer can,t wait oh and kids ate for a pound during Easter half term great value

Went just for one night on 7th October. We received a very warm welcome. The Manager and staff were lovely. Our room was warm and clean and had a lovely view to the mountains. The food was great and plentiful. Jessie and Dave from the Wirral.

This was not our usual type of hotel but pleased we stayed. The owner could not have been more helpful and as we were up early made us a lovely packed breakfast with sandwiches crisps and water. The room was very dated but it was clean and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Pleasant surprise.

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights for the Bank Holiday whilst we toured round on our motorbikes. Ideal base/location, friendly staff and lovely food served. Stayed in room 7 at the side of the hotel overlooking the store room. Very small, dated room and could do with a refurb. Disappointed that the bar / restaraunt closed at 4pm on a bank holiday Sunday due to staff shortages. Would stay again, but would book a different room.

me & my 2 daughters had dinner in pub, it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish, after being greeted by a very nice lady behind the bar , we was shown to our table, by the window with fantastic views, starters were amazing & main meals were humongous in size & tasted fantastic, all credit to the staff at the Britannia for a very enjoyable meal. thank you😁

Great views from our room over the hills Friendly welcoming and during breakfast Clean and comfortable - large bathroom with a bath Breakfast was delicious - sausages were very tasty Free parking It was so quiet which lent to the best nights sleep I have had in 8 weeks

Just been to the Brit for Sunday Lunch. Great Quality, Value & Service as always. Great to see Ann and her team busy and so many people having a good time. Fantastic to meet up with friends we haven't seen for a long time now the Brit is re-open

Stayed at the Britannia during a weekend’s kayaking on the River Dee around Llangollen. Very quiet during our stay, but delightful all the same. Olde Worlde charm to the bedrooms, but clean and comfortable. Bed very comfy and warm, much needed after a day on (in!) the water. Food wonderful - steak and ale pie rich and hearty, and breakfast also fabulous. Cereal, toast, an excellent cooked breakfast and fruit juice. Staff friendly and accommodating.
