基本還是可以的，蹭了不少諾富特酒店的設備，因為都在一棟樓，比較適合青年團或者帶小孩。

Great service, bartenders are awesome! Drinks are great! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and get cleaned regularly. Hotel food is good though nothing fancy. Breakfast downstairs is decent. Lots to do in the immediate local area.

Typical ibis. Good localization on the end of Piotrkowska Str. Rooms are comfortable; nothing special but good enough for a single night. Because of high status In loyalty program I got an upgrade. Be careful, some rooms are without external windows. Breakfast are fine but without fireworks.

We have never experienced such bad service from an individual in hospitality. The receptionist (possibly manager?) is the rudest person I have met. Plenty of other hotels in the vicinity to chose from.

Location: at the bottom of the main street (itself about a mile long), located next to numerous attractions and many tram routes (Piotrkowska station), 20-30 minutes walk from the main Fabryczna station or a 3 zloty 10 minute trip on tram 18B (every 15 minutes). Couldn't ask for a better location. Check-in: very quick, room keys were already prepared. I do not do on-line check in with Accor as it usually screws up any ALL bonus point offers. This Ibis has retained a proper reception desk which is a much better and quicker level of service as staff have everything they need to hand, rather than roaming around with a tablet. Room: Typical Ibis colours and furnishings, if you've stayed in one Ibis you've stayed in them all! Only thing I would change is getting rid of the waterproof lining on top of the comforter on the bed. By the third night that was getting a little annoying. Design: the hotel is a huge atrium, and on three sides it only has rooms facing out, and the fourth side it also has rooms facing inwards too. I don't think I'd like to stay in these, However as a design I really liked it. Breakfast: another plus, decent selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Really tasty mixed fruit salad is particularly memorable. Staff worked very hard clearing tables and refilling all the food items. They couldn't have worked any harder or faster. Only had one quick drink in the bar so can't comment much. I think the restaurant was closed as they were advertising to use the Novotel next door. So, location, design, price, and yes ALL status recognition, this maybe my favourite Ibis hotel....

I really enjoyed my stay at Lodz ibis. Everything was perfect: very nice and helpful staff, rooms are very clean, great breakfast and, last but not least, i got all benefit due to my platinum member status. I strongly recommend it and surely i will come back again to this hotel. Thank You ALL! :)

Very good location of the hotel. Clean rooms, typical for Ibis but there is no kettle or at least drinking water. The reception, bar and restaurant are situated in a large patio inside the building. It looks very impressive but is a nuisance because you can hear noises from the patio throughout the hotel. In the rooms you can hear music, conversations and all sounds from downstairs, until late at night.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping center, cinema and the center of Lodz. We decided to stay here spontaneously during a driving trip around Poland and were all very happy we chose to stay here. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and the a**osphere was relaxed and pleasant. The team were all extremely friendly, very polite and very helpful. I thank them all for a lovely stay and if I am back in Lodz again the future I will be sure to stay at the Ibis.

Całkiem przyzwoity hotel budżetowy. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji. Pokój duży z ekspresem do kawy Nespresso. Zachowane przywileje członkowskie choć welcome drink dosyć skromny ( do wyboru wino, kawa , herbata lub małe piwo). Śniadanie całkiem dobre i obfite. Bardzo ciekawa architektura wewnątrz hotelu. W hotelu nie ma restauracji ale obok jest z tej samej sieci Novotel i tam można zjeść obiad. Polecam
