Horrible scamming people!!!! They only want to take your money, I have booked a flat for 31st of March, they called me and told me I must cancel my non refundable booking as I will not get access to the property!!! I have said I do not want to cancel as I want my money back, they have emailed and called me yelling at me to.cancel because the "management" said that I will be refunded. Hence, I have cancelled the booking and they refuse to refund me !!!!!!! I am desperate they have put me in a dangerous position, I do not have money for food for the next 3 weeks!!! I have autism but it seems that nobody cares and they just want to take advantage of you. I have called the company multiple times, last time I had someone answering stating that they are the security and I should stop calling!!! It is a scam! Stay away!!!!

I have not stayed at the location because of the red flags prior to going. The advertisement claimed that the apartment had a cancellation policy but when I entered my credit card information it stated that it was non-refundable. I immediately tried to contact the company and they never replied back. I will admit they have a great webmaster and I feel this place is a true scam and they have not intentions of honoring the advertisement this is a money pit. After I really read a lot of reviews I just cancelled the reservation and I'm currently out of almost $900.00 but I opted to not attempt to put anymore money into this transaction because I did not want to risk arriving there and we not have anywhere to stay. I booked this place through *********** and they are no help with this and I can not put a complaint on booking because I didn't stay there but I want to put complaints where ever I can to encourage people to not fall for this place. The pictures are nice but they have no intentions of replying to you. I feel that any reputable business would have the decency to reply and considering I tried to cancel this reservation within 5 minutes of making the reservation after I realized that it came back stating that it was non-refundable. The place is now back for rent during the time I reserved and cancelled and the price is 75% more that what I was going to pay, and I'm sure they will con someone else out of their money. This place should be flagged and reported for unethical practices. I would advise anyone looking for a place to stay in London to avoid this place it is not worth the stress and the loss of money please read all of the reviews on this property and read everything before you click reserve.

Myself and 4 friends booked this place for the night a few months ago. The reviews looked ok but there was a lot of talk about security deposit but we were fine with this. A few days before our stay our lead booker received a request for the £500 security deposit which had to be paid via bank transfer. Bearing in mind we are all mid 30s this seemed excessive and also alarm bells rang that it couldn't be paid by credit or debit card. My friend called and asked if it could be paid via credit card or if the amount could be reduced but she was told no in a rude manner. She paid the £500 but received a notification from her bank shortly after with a fraud alert. She called them and confirmed she was happy for the payment to be sent. We turned up to check in at 3 as advised and called the apartment and were told the deposit hadn't been received. Turns out the payment had been blocked. After calling the bank again for an hour the bank informed that the payment would not be released as the account was high risk and flagged as fraudulent. Because of this we couldn't gain access to this property. The fact that a major bank will not release funds to this account is a big red flag. Luckily we managed to find something nearby on air b&b but we are essentially down the £280 paid for the one night stay. It may seem cheap but I suspect we may have had trouble receiving our deposit back had the bank released it. Would avoid at all costs.

I booked the place through *********** and I did not stay at the property as before booking I was not aware of the age restriction policy (under 25 not allowed) and a 750£ damage deposit since they were not stated in the property policies. Funnily their home page states that "Stay Inn Apartments welcomes business travellers with the ultimate home away from home experience" although I am I leisure traveller and I could book the place through Booking. I didn't receive any refund, their customer service was rude and *********** did not help me out either.

I booked this accommodation for my partner and I. We arrived 10 minutes after check in due to travel. I rang Stayinn and after just 3 minutes on the phone where I told them we have arrived, he told me he wouldn’t check us in and hung up. I paid £130 for the night and haven’t received anything back. I was very upset as I always make sure to be polite to workers and did not receive the same back. My partner rang him again and then the man on the phone continued to be rude and started swearing at my partner before hanging up again. We were left stranded in London at night ringing multiple hotels which had no rooms available for us. I have tried to recall the same number, They are now telling me they are nothing to do with stayinn holbron and will not put me through to a manager or worker. There is also another number on Google which will not connect. We have already emailed *********** and they have contacted the company and told us they have not heard a response.

Booked a night here, very excited to go to London with my elderly, ill mum. Cost £150 on ***********, always use this site so no reason to be alarmed. So got the confirmation details, whooooaahhh £750 deposit by bank transfer and photographs of passports. BE AWARE. PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING THIS MONEY BANK, THIS IS AN UNUSUAL REQUEST.
