Nous avons passé un super séjour : - Emplacement au top à 5 minutes du métro et quartier très agréable - chambre : les lits sont très confortable s et propres - Nourriture : nous avions pris le meal deal (petit déjeuner et dîner) le petit dej du matin très copieux et le dîner du soir très bien également avec beaucoup de choix Très bon rapport qualité prix, le personnel était également très sympathique ! Je recommande à 100%

All the staff we met were really helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were always smiling. This made us feel very welcome and not afraid to ask for any help. The location is really easy to get to using the tube and excellent for visiting London's attractions via the tube network.

This is my wife's and my new go-to hotel in London. We really like the neighborhood, and the access to the Northern line is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the WiFi is generally fast and reliable. Additionally, the staff are super helpful! Both stays we needed to check in early and have packages delivered to the hotel, and the staff helped with no hesitation. Highly recommend.

The hotel was as reliable as always and spotlessly clean in a great location within walking distance of the tube AND Hampstead Heath. However I had been allocated a tiny room as an a single traveller which was disappointing. Also one of the supervising bar members was extremely rude to me and her staff over a misunderstanding on the price of a bottle of fizz. According to one member of staff she is notorious for her behaviour. I must say she was the only staff member who wasn’t exceptionally friendly and helpful as all the others were

I normally endure my work visits staying at premier inns up and down the country. However, this premier inn was utterly amazing! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I have to mention Lovia the Bulgarian lady who was just amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She was by far the best employee the hotel has. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, the food excellent and everything was really well looked after. Thank you to everyone for a great stay.

Great location. Great price. Very quiet. Good bed, good shower, spacious room. Handy restaurant downstairs. A few minor niggles - would have liked a fridge and some tissues, free wifi was hopeless and the absence of any reception staff a bit strange - but overall I would definitely recommend.

The rooms are very comfortable,whilst stying had the meal deal which consists of an evening meal and breakfast. The chefs, Gayan & and Mehash, do an amazing job. The food is always of a very high quality, and it is presented very well. Good jod all around.
