Nous avons passé un super séjour : - Emplacement au top à 5 minutes du métro et quartier très agréable - chambre : les lits sont très confortable s et propres - Nourriture : nous avions pris le meal deal (petit déjeuner et dîner) le petit dej du matin très copieux et le dîner du soir très bien également avec beaucoup de choix Très bon rapport qualité prix, le personnel était également très sympathique ! Je recommande à 100%

The Premier Inn in Hampstead is a great place to stay if you are visiting London for pleasure. It’s a short stroll to Hampstead Village and Belsize Park - both have plenty of good restaurants and bars. Belsize Park Tube Station (Northern Line) is 5 minutes away. The rooms (albeit small) are very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Unlike other Premier Inns that I have stayed in, there are walk-in showers in the standard rooms which is a bonus in my opinion. It’s really good value. I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat there, but the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I visit London.

As soon as we arrived everything was perfect. Cute lobby, welcoming staff. Nice rooms, comfy bed. We were traveling with 2 kids that got their own mini bed. Perfect for families traveling with pre-teens and younger. The room was very clean and well decorated. As an American we don’t have this brand so I wasn’t familiar. Very happy we gave it a try, whole family was very pleased!

This was our third visit to the hotel as a family of four (15,12) staying in a family room. The hotel is excellently situated a short tube ride from King’s Cross (we had travelled from Leeds). It is located in Belsize Park just up from a short high street containing a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel is well located , beautifully decorated and clean throughout. Our room was perfect and the beds super comfy, we had a great nights sleep after 24,000 steps walking around London. It is very quiet overnight which was also brilliant. We decided to add breakfast to our booking as u16s eat free with a paying adult. We paid £23.98 and you will not be disappointed at the wide selection of food. Plenty to fuel us up for our second epic touristy day. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and although we didn’t go, Camden market is a short walk.

All the staff we met were really helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were always smiling. This made us feel very welcome and not afraid to ask for any help. The location is really easy to get to using the tube and excellent for visiting London's attractions via the tube network.

This is my wife's and my new go-to hotel in London. We really like the neighborhood, and the access to the Northern line is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the WiFi is generally fast and reliable. Additionally, the staff are super helpful! Both stays we needed to check in early and have packages delivered to the hotel, and the staff helped with no hesitation. Highly recommend.

The hotel was as reliable as always and spotlessly clean in a great location within walking distance of the tube AND Hampstead Heath. However I had been allocated a tiny room as an a single traveller which was disappointing. Also one of the supervising bar members was extremely rude to me and her staff over a misunderstanding on the price of a bottle of fizz. According to one member of staff she is notorious for her behaviour. I must say she was the only staff member who wasn’t exceptionally friendly and helpful as all the others were

I normally endure my work visits staying at premier inns up and down the country. However, this premier inn was utterly amazing! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I have to mention Lovia the Bulgarian lady who was just amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She was by far the best employee the hotel has. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, the food excellent and everything was really well looked after. Thank you to everyone for a great stay.
