Hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton

This would be a lovely hotel if I was travelling by myself but These rooms are defiantly not for two people. Unless one of you likes being squashed against the wall in bed and has to climb over the other to get out of the quite high bed. They are extremely small, The glass bathroom walls are also an issue if you need to turn the light on in there in the middle of the night. It would definitely wake the other up as it is right at the head of the bed… The air con and shower fan also do not turn off all night so you have the constant noises and the very modern dashboard that controls the lights is right on the headboard.. which although convenient is extremely annoying as it is lit up all night so you have to sleep with a very bright light in your face.. The breakfast is very basic. No mushrooms or tomatoes with breakfast. The plus side, it is lovely and clean and the staff were friendly. Not the normal standard from a premier inn I definitely didn’t have a good night sleep either night.

First time using Hub. Location was key decider. Booked with a certain amount of scepticism but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Standard room compact but innovative design with ample storage. Liked lighting, room was clean, good value breakfast, staff efficient and friendly. Good travel connections, two minutes from tube station, convenient buses. Definately will use again.

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant. The rooms are fairly basic, but for the price, weren’t bad at all and felt nice nice and clean. Very close to West Brompton underground station which made getting into central London incredibly easy. I’d stay there again.

Stayed here on a two night theatre break with my husband. First time staying in a Premier Inn Hub hotel and was not disappointed. Our room was well equipped, clean and modern, staff were lovely and the hotel was so quiet and relaxed. Enjoyed the breakfasts, brilliant at only £7 per person! Even had take out cups if you wanted a drink on the go. My only gripe was that tea and coffee were only available in the lounge area, there were no facilities in the room like a regular Premier Inn. You could access this at any time and take drinks up to your room but it’s not the same as being able to have a cuppa on waking up. This wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though, great hotel!

Wir haben über Silvester 4 Nächte für 250€ insgesamt zu zweit im Standard Zimmer übernachtet. Für den Preis war es für uns ok dass das Zimmer sehr klein ist. Bad war top, ganz besonderste die Dusche. Nun kommt das ABER… no roomservice! Bei 4 Nächten wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer gereinigt. Haben uns jeden Tag Handtücher bringen lassen. Am dritten Tag haben wir dann mal das Frühstück umsonst bekommen. Aber am nächsten Tag war’s wieder nicht gereinigt. Das ist bei so einem mini Zimmer nach dem 2.-3. Tag einfach ekelig. Kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Stayed one night whilst visiting Royal Albert Hall, easy to get to using tubes. RAH is only 4 stops on tube too. Clean comfortable well equipped room. Breakfast for £7 is a good option too - enough choice & well presented. Staff are very friendly & helpful (not always the case in London!). Will definitely use this Hub again.

My family sends people to Premier Inn because it is a 10-minute walk to their apar**ent. It is also a reasonable price for us to stay there and it is a nice place. People who worked here were all quite nice to us and helpful when we had questions.

Very nice above basic hotel in excellent location. Staff are welcoming and very service minded, especially front of house. a great place to stay if you want to be close to central london but still have the feeling of being in suburbia. Train/underground and buses 100m from the hotel and great access to and from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. lots of bars/restaurants close by.

Very friendly staff, very clean modern hotel with a good clean breakfast. Comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and decent hot showers with fluffy towels!! I would totally recommend The Hub for anyone looking for a good value great nights sleep for the London visit! Thank you to all the lovely staff at The Hun - well done!
