L'hôtel est en train d'être beaucoup rénové, mais la peinture sent mauvais, le climatiseur ne fonctionne toujours pas. heureusement il fait froid L'ascenseur est très bruyant et effrayant, au 2ème étage, il faut donc marcher de haut en bas à cause de la peur.

Je suis venu d'Irlande pour regarder mon fils courir le marathon de Londres et le directeur de cet hôtel nous a tous gâché le week-end ! Nous avons été transférés dans un autre hôtel, après avoir été appelés à quatre reprises pour confirmer notre réservation, et nous ne l'avons découvert qu'en appelant la veille pour obtenir des informations! Conseils à tous ceux qui utilisent cette franchise, si on vous propose un type de réduction (comme nous l'avons fait), obtenez-le par écrit car ils ont nié nous l'avoir offert lors de leur poursuite !

Le lobby était meublé. lors de l'enregistrement. J'ai été déçu. Mais la chambre était belle et propre

Pendant ce temps, il était en rénovation et ne pouvait pas prendre l'ascenseur, mais le personnel était très enthousiaste pour aider avec les bagages

La chambre est correcte, juste étroite

Excellent emplacement, très proche de la station de métro. La région de Kensington est agréable. La chambre est propre.

The hotel was really fine 7/10 The issue was the sink size is really small which barely washing Your hand and face without splashing the water .

Situated on a charming street, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, grocery shops, and convenient transportation options, including a train station and a bus station that can take you anywhere you desire in the city. The hotel itself has recently undergone renovations, and though the rooms may not be spacious, they are thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality. The compact size did not hinder my stay in any way, as I found everything I needed within reach. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of care and attention provided by the staff. Jessy and Dani, in particular, were outstanding in their commitment to ensuring the guests’ satisfaction. Always wearing a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on me and played a significant role in my decision to extend my stay beyond the initial four days. As a first-time visitor to London, I am grateful to have chosen this hotel as my base. The combination of its prime location, recent renovations, and the remarkable service provided by Jazzy and Dani made it an easy decision to prolong my stay.
