London K W Hotel

The room we stayed it was not how it was advised. The family studio we stayed in smelt damp, the bathroom had mould up the walls and on the shower curtain. The handle to turn the shower on was on the side of the bath which we had to struggle to put back on to use the shower. The shower pressure wasn’t good either. The bedding didn’t look like it had been changed and there was a blood stain on the blanket. After trying to look for someone to ask for this to be changed there was no one about nor a contact number. I had booked for 3 people to stay in the room, there were two tea cups and one glass but not tea or coffee provided. The room was also not cleaned as there was clumps of dust around the room.

Terrible hotel. Good location but that was about it. It was a business trip so the company pay but at £140 for the night it was really bad. Up 3 flights of stairs to room 306. No air conditioning no Wi-Fi and electric sockets that could only be reached with a dodgy extension cable. The smell of the room was disgusting so much so I that I had to go buy an air freshener which helped slightly. The website looks nice but very misleading. Avoid at all costs

ÉVITER CET ENDROIT À TOUT PRIX !! Le membre du personnel qui nous a accueillis était extrêmement désagréable et pas du tout serviable. On nous a dit à notre arrivée qu'il y avait une marche cassée dans l'escalier sur laquelle ils avaient laissé un extincteur posé dessus. Nous avons dû grimper autour de cela en portant des valises de 20 kg. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, elle était sale et n'avait pas été nettoyée, pas de serviettes, etc. et il y avait une odeur horrible dans la chambre. La première chose à remarquer lorsque nous y sommes entrés était une chaussette usagée sale collée autour de l'alarme incendie. Les chambres sont extrêmement petites et pas beaucoup de place pour même ouvrir votre valise ou vous habiller. La salle de bain était dégoûtante et n'avait manifestement pas été nettoyée depuis un certain temps. Un tel séjour décevant. Je recommanderais fortement à quiconque d'ÉVITER cet endroit.

Great location. I personally loved the character of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed. Easy access to public transport. Nice restaurants around. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Do not stay here it was filthy , bed sheets hadn’t been changed since the last people had been , small curly hairs all over the room.In the bathroom broken tiles on the floor (which were very dangerous) mould and mildew build up on walls and floor , bathtub was eroding and curly hairs in the bathtub too.Toilet paper holder fell off the wall as soon as i touched it , toilet was filthy and flush was very faulty and so was the light in the bathroom , lock on bathroom door was faulty.Beds were ok but stained sheets and stains on headboard , we came back after a day out and the housekeeping had been , they only made one bed didnt empty bins or clean anything else or replenish drinks caddy.No help from reception, when checking out we had questions to ask the staff but nobody was there apart from housekeeping and she was doing a good job on her own.we called 5 times and rung the bell yet nobody answered to help us.Though it was a good price for central london there are much better hotels in the same area for around the same price.

The stay was horrible from start to finish .. the room was damp and really really cold . There was a mark on the bed sheets so I slept in my clothes .. I had to shower and cut my foot on a loose tile . We had to ask for an extra quilt for the bed . The bathroom as disgusting. The sink was cracked .

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. So unsafe, nothing like the pictures and staff weren’t bothered at all ( or there ) . We checked out and found another hotel as it was so bad. There was dirt and mess everywhere, the fridge hadn’t been emptied and was full of rubbish. There was no toilet roll. The toilet and sink was dirty and had not been cleaned. No wifi even though it had been advertised on website. Beds were broken and tiny and the floor felt as if it was going to collapse at any moment. Totally unsafe. Find somewhere else to stay!!!

The bed was literally broken we had to put the mattress on the floor.. the whole hotel floor squeaks. Rooms are dirty Cockroaches in the shower tiles broken. It’s the worst hotel ever. No bar like they said!
