Hotel Fasano Punta del Este

Outstanding at every level. In a fantastic setting this restaurant provides spotless Service, in a top notch facilities. The food is simply perfect, all the dishes are amazing form appetizers to desserts One of the top restaurants in South America.

This spot is not what I read about and we paid a lot of money to get. It is also impossible to get a response from their staff. A waste of time and money. I would not recommend it because all of these reasons.

This hotel is located in the 1,200 acre property of Las Piedras, a gate guarded community just outside of Punta del Este. This vast master-planned community offers every amenity you could possibly want: miles of walking and biking trails; a helipad, a private air*****. a golf course, 4 tennis courts, stables, an indoor and outdoor arena; 3 restaurants; a private beach club, shooting range, polo field and spa. The hotel is small and there are bungalows for rent, as well as private bungalows and homes, all in a sleek architectural style that disappear into the undulating terrain. The staff at the hotel was very professional and courteous. And, the food was delicious. This is a very special place that is relaxing or as active as you want.

Located far away from the busy city of Punta del Este, in a beautiful area with great views. Huge resort area with golf course, river club and also many private homes, so the area is really big and you can make long walks or bike rides in this resort. The sunsets are fantastic. Really an outstanding location. I really loved it because it was very quiet and relaxing. Also the architecture of the hotel and the whole resort is excellent. Very modern but still cozy. The main house with two restaurants, reception and lounge is very nice and boasts great views over the whole area. The design is definitely a great plus in this hotel. The design of the rooms is also very nice. They have fantastic views and the sunsets are to die for. The bathrooms is big with a large shower. The room has also enough room for clothes. Unfortunately there is not so much light so it can be difficult to find a place for reading where you have enough light. The Spa is very nice, has a big gym and a small pool and some saunas. Two tennis courts are located in a nice area. The river club is nice but be aware there are many mosquitoes on the riverside. The hotel is beautiful as mentioned above, however there are two areas of improvement: while most staff members are extremely friendly, the service is not on a very high level. You often need to ask for simple things, many things are forgotten. The second improvement point is the food quality which is also not corresponding to the level of the hotel. Hopefully they can improve these two main areas, then it could be a perfect place. I would like to thank the management for their support in solving some issues during my stay which I really appreciated. Overall I had a very nice stay in this beautiful location. I hope they will improve the points mentioned in order to be a truly top hotel.

The Fasano deserves its recognition as a Leading Hotel of the World. The accomodation was beautiful and spacious. The food was superlative. The bread on site is to die for. The waiters at the lovely and unique pool area were polite and attentive. The front desk was helpful and went out of their way to assist. The fitness centre was one of the most modern and well-equipped gym I have been to while travelling abroad. Finally, my massage was excellent. We highly recommend this Fasano resort! HOTEL PERFECTO, CUIDAN TODOS LOS DETALLES, DESDE LA LLEGADA A LA SALIDA, LAS HABITACIONES SON PERFECTAS, EL RESTAURANTE ES COMPLETO, TIENE UNA VISTA PREVILEGIADA, SOLO DEBERIAN VOLVER A LA MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE CREMOSA SERVIDA EN COPA, LA ACTUAL ES MAS ESPESA PARA PODER DARLE LA FORMA DEL CACO. LA PISCINA EXTERIOR JUNTO AL RESTAURANTE ES HERMOSA.

A glorious stay, fully satisfied and overwhelmed in the country side of punta del este. No need to step out from the complex for a second, we celebrated our second anniversary and it felt like we were in a fairy tell, room is cozy and views are amazing, touring around was lovely considering weather was perfectly mild, all staff is so nice and caring about each and every detail, it is a must go enjoying the spa, breakfast is incredible, we loved it even more than the dinner. We definitely will be back !

Fomos comemorar 6 anos de casados no Fasano Las Piedras, e melhor lugar não poderíamos ter escolhido, já conhecíamos outros hotéis da rede, e confesso que esse conseguiu nos surpreender positivamente, estrutura cinematográfica, vistas incríveis e restaurantes de comer rezando. Venham, vale a pena!
