For the price and convenience, it was a perfect place to stay for a weekend swim meet at the Mary T Meagher Aquatic Center, less than 3 miles away. If you like to walk, the Water Tower Park is about 1/2 mile north and on the Ohio River. There is also a walking lap about 8/10’s of a mile at the Crescent Hill Water Plant, which is a beautiful place to walk.

This hotel is a mess. The property is totally rundown and the rooms are awful. My room was dark, smelly and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the small TV had about two non-music channels. I originally asked for an early check in because I was going to a wedding. I was told it would be an extra $30. The hotel then made an accounting error on my charge card and reduced the price of the room and allowed an early check in. This room was not worth it at ANY price. My wife and I had concerns about sleeping on the bed. The website is deceiving. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative place to stay.

Carpet was filthy - my bottoms of my feet were disgustingly dirty for the short amount of time that I walked in the room in my bare feet. The toilet and sink were not cleaned, the place had not been vaccuumed, and there was so much dust and dirt on both sides where the refrigerator was shelved. The room was not properly cleaned. Never again!

Rooms was dirty and over priced and once I told them they did not care rooms were filthy and stinky and still had stuff in the fridge and bathroom from previous guest who stayed before me which was terrible I do not recommend this to no one

Check-in was a nightmare. Gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful. He gave me a room that was not even clean. The beds were not even made. To make matters worse, when we all went back to get it resolved, he was even more rude. The new room had stained sheets, and the air conditioning did not work. Horrible experience!

Upon check-in our reservation was downgraded from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed. However, we were still charged the higher price of the 2 queen room. Further, a $50 deposit not mentioned on Wyndham's web site (and so far not refunded) was charged. Finally, owner and manager were extremely rude and threatened to completely cancel reservation if any further argument came up.

We stay here 3 times a year this was a unplanned trip this time so we decided to stop as this is the half way point to our dismay we were told that the hotel was being torn down and a ***** mall put in it's place on our return home we stayed again this time knowing it was for the last time this was devastating to us after all the years we stayed here the staff was always friendly and the price was right.

The room was not cleaned properly. Black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The tub was nasty and the towels. I purchased shower shoes and towels because of the nastiness. They charge too much…uuggh

This was a disappointing hotel. Over the three days that we stayed there the internet never worked. You had to order the continental breakfast from the front desk, pick it up and eat it in your room. The sheets had holes in them. The room seemed clean and the towels new. The hairdryer cord had been damaged and upon request for a new hairdryer I was told that they would replace it while we were out, but that never happened. The pool was nice. The property was old and not at all like the picture and was on the backside of a mexican restaurant which was pretty good. If you just want a room to sleep in the price is right.
