Good location and very clean and big room. Very good stay

The hotel is a solid 3-star level hotel, not 4. It is well located for access to the old center of Pilsen and the breweries. The sink in our room was clogged but this was cleared within a very short time of notifying the front desk. The shower was nice, but it did flood the floor due to its configuration with the half wall ending near the showerhead. There was also no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo bottles outside of the squeeze mounted to the wall. The room was enormous and comfortable. Our room had a couch. The bed was two twin beds together and with a single sheet. The blankets were warm as well. There were no extra blankets, pillows, or towels in the room, there were only two of each. There were also no robes or slippers available. The front desk was very friendly and spoke English as well as anyone can asked when traveling. They were helpful but did not have any adapters or cables that can be borrowed if you forgot one. The TV was a good size for the room but the Chromecast function was not working. The available channels were only in Czech language.

Terrible experience. The pictures of the Superior Deluxe Double show a room with a sofa. The couple we are traveling with got that pictured room. We did not: ours had no sofa or chair (only a very small, flimsy desk chair made of plastic mold). My complaint was dismissed by the manager, who said that since the room detail description didn't say a sofa was in the room, it is not promised. The pictures don't mean anything. No compensation offered. Another room was offered for the second night, but, of course, moving is unpleasant at that point. Adding insult to injury, our room was not cleaned the next day. We left the hotel at 10:30 in the morning and didn't return until 8:30 at night. We left the "Please clean the room sign" on the door. But it was untouched. And the room is 'modern', in the worst sense of that word. Night tables that are lower than the box spring of the bed. A bathroom sink that is so low as to be uncomfortable. A European style shower, but the single glass shield is so narrow that water cascades onto the floor outside of the shower. Something good to say? The breakfast. And finally, please note: the manager cares nothing for the satisfaction of the customer.

Located near the center and also on the edge of a park, this hotel was perfect choice for us. We have arrived by train and walked about 10 minutes to his hotel, later on it took about four minutes to walk to a well known restaurant. Our room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included there were choices of juices, baked goods, hot food including scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts and cheeses. Will definitely stay here again next time.

We were there for three days in February 2023. Absolutely perfekt accomodation with great breakfast and nice staff. Everything was great. Nice surroundings. We recommend this place and plan to visit this hotel again.

The hotel was a little difficult to find. It was newer. The room size was good, but seemed to have wasted space. There was only one, plastic bucket chair to sit in. There were no television channels in English, which was unusual. We could walk to the Pilsner Urquell brewery - so that was a plus. Staff was helpful and room was clean.

The hotel is just off the main square but a very pleasant short walk and you’re there. Very close to Pilsner Urquell brewery, an easy walk. I was able to faintly smell the brew process (mash) in the breeze and can plainly see the stacks from my room. The hotel is two years old but looks brand new from lack of visitors the past two years and now seeing an uptick of guests. Bed/ pillows very comfortable. The housekeeping team does a wonderful job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast buffet is top notch. I’m very impressed with this hotel. Very modern with coffee service plus electric kettle in room. A small fridge also. Room and WC spacious and very modern. Reception was friendly and fast upon check in. Definitely a return when in Pilsen.

Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. Looks to be fairly newly build. Only downside was that the hotel is fairly loud, especially from the walkway outside the rooms. Breakfast was okay, but nothing impressive. Service was nice and friendly

Ho dormito due notti in questo hotel e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero molto bene Struttura recente e moderna,alcune zone sono in fase di ristrutturazione. Camera enorme(due piani) e con piccolo spazio cucina per prepararsi un the e un caffè. Colazione buona,non sicuramente abbondante, ma in linea con un albergo a 4 stelle
