Piccadily is truly a gem of a hotel. I have been a frequent guest here, and each visit leaves me more impressed than the last visit. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. Starting from the reception, Ms. Monika and her ***ager, Mr. Dushyant, are incredibly helpful in every aspect, from room allocations to catering to our preferences with the u**ost respect. The coffee shop team, including Mr. Rituraj, Mr. Mahaveer, Mr. Atul, Mr. Vinay, Mr. Bhagwati, and Mr. Kamlesh, deserve special mention. They take excellent care of guests, ensuring that every meal served is not only delicious but also presented with warmth and hospitality. Their exceptional service is a testament to their commendable behavior.

best of one of a kind hotels i had ever been too , loved the hospitatily and the ambience offered by the brand and even the staffs i have seen them work hard specially the reception people and the core front office team loved each and every moment of my stay.

We visited the hotel regarding a family function. The hotel staff was very cooperative and well trained. The food was good and room service is amazing. The rooms are neat and clean. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at a place with calm and welcoming feel

The experience had exceeded my expectations for 5 star hospitality. I loved the ambience and the entire hospitality provided my the staff especially Front office depar**ent. The standard of each and every detail the rooms the lobby area the architecture of the entire hotel was a great deal of 5 star criteria.

I had one of the finest stays of my ***y trips to Lucknow. I had a very comfortable stay, almost all things were on point. thanks to the front office staff for a speedy check-in as I was very tired. the hotel had a nice ambience and good food and the staff was very polite. it was a true experience. I saw great hospitality and service. I'm looking forward to another great stay at the Piccadilly.

The food was really delicious and had a good variety. The bed was also very soft and comfortable. The hospitality of the ***agement and staff was also very good. The rooms were also very good in appearance and the view from the window was also exquisite.

I visited Piccadilly and like Everything. great front office staff . All front is very sweet ,claim well behaviour. Amazing experience i' ll got from hear. I Will definitely would like to visit here and recommend this hotel to my friends also.

The Piccadilly is awesome, the room was very neet and clean and the staff is is very helpful.all front office staff is very kindly and helping and the location is amazing. nearest metro station and airport also , everything is too fantastic.
