On arrival room allocated had some issue with tv but manager changed the room on my request and upgraded to suite as it was luckily available at that time.

The room itself was nothing short of spectacular - spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The housekeeping team ensured that the room was always immaculate, and any requests i had were promptly attended to. The dining options at hotel stay were equally impressive. The sommelier's recommendations complemented each dish perfectly, elevating the dining experience to new heights. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa facilities. After a long day of sightseeing, i treated myself to a rejuvenating massage and spent some time unwinding in the sauna and steam room. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge before heading out to explore the city again. Overall, my experience at hotel stay was nothing short of exceptional. Room size was small. I used to stay in premium rooms always. But, this time the room given to me looks like their 'executive room. Small size room. Sorry, images i don't have. My room no. Was 312. You can go and do the inspection for size. I don't believe this is their premium room

Comfortable spacious rooms, has three restaurants the roof top restaurant is the best with the ambience it has in evening and live music.

Stayed here from 25th to 26th May 2023. Room No 307. I was accorded a King's welcome and allotted a suite room. A beautifully done area - plentiful of lights, a good taste in furniture and decor, an old styled curtain-adorned king-sized teakwood bed, a thick carpet on the wooden floor, a full-stack dining table, and ample walking space. The aqua area was equally good, sufficiently large, and had a bathtub. The breakfast was a tad average - not extremely fancy, but not bad either. Overall, a good recommendation and worth considering as an encore too.

I am surprised the server mentioned that they dont serve regular water, if you want to have water you have to pay 350 rupees for a normal water bottle. Shame for a hotel like maharaja. Though we paid a bill of 5K for the food, but charging 350 for water bottle does not make any sense, you take advantage of people who are coming with families. I been to numerous 5 star hotels and restaurants, no one charge for water bottle. Hope i will get a revert from higher management or else i will esclate it further. Samita 96436 02161
