Very poor service and poor food in a place with high en price tag. The lodge had several maintenance issues and was not well stocked with the usual toiletries and bar snacks expected at this level. Room service food very poor, and restaurant unavailable without warning. Breakfast buffet ready over 30 mins after the supposed start time. No communication between staff regarding some changes made to the reservation.

Private villas, very quiet in the middle of the vineyards. Rooftop terrace with hot tub. Restaurant was very good. Location was great for us as it is in between Mendoza and the vineyards farther south. Concierge were very helpful in arranging tastings and transportation.

Do not be afraid of 1 star reviews. Those 1 stars are the ones that expected a 5 star hotel o resort. That was maybe a few years ago. Now, expect a 3 star hotel, with nice but old apar**ents or bungalows. They are old, but will give you privacy and peace. Food is good, around 8 points, service is also good to fair, around 7 points.. Price should be very good and that's the point. You are going to pay 50% of what you are paying in top notch resorts as The Vines.... So if you go, expect 3 stars, good service, good food and a fair price,,

We went there for a week gateway with my wife. It was a package that includes, 3 dinners, 1 lunch, one tapeo criollo, and one wine tasting. Everything was awesome! tasteful, luxury and with so much care and taste. Please, don't listen to the rest of the bad reviews, hear me out! this is paradise. The first morning the Andes were full of snow, and with the sun shining, was simply inspiring. We also enjoy a few wines and champagnes on our private cava (yes, an underground cava in our room). You have the chance to select a few from the bodega, at a very good price. The wine tasting was in charge of Mara, a really good wine tasting, with 4 different kinds of wines, with some good cheeses. The bodega underground cava is a must! you have to go in there! The dinners and lunches were tasteful, the steps with the wine according to and with the advice of the sommelier. The Tapeo criollo, also counts as dinner or lunch, since it's quite good, and tasteful. We also did horse riding through the vineyard, with Luis, an incredible person, who teach us a lot about the place, Mendoza, and vineyards around, on an hour and a half ride. The villa that we booked got not only the cava, but on the rooftop, we have a fireplace, to set a fire and taste some wine while watching the sunset, and a hot tub, that you can you use for your own. The "not" so good thing, was that on the checkout we decided to buy some wines and over the week we checked the prices, and they all seem pretty well (remember, this is a boutique bodega and lodge), but on the checkout day the prices changed (like 20 to 40% up, this is an awful Argentinian thing, due to inflation), and we decided not to buy anything until the girl from the front desk ask her boss to leave the "original" prices. To be honest, I wasn't any happy. So the place should have a disclaimer or something to let the people know that the prices might vary. But this was just a small thing, in an incredible and romantic gateway in heaven.

Almorzamos ahi, sin hospedarnos. El lugar está muy bien; la bodega está ahí cerquita del restaurante y la verdad que es un muy lindo ambiente. Muy bueno el menu de pasos. La atención que nos brindó David fue realmente un diferencial y hasta nos ayudó con algunas recomendaciones adicionales.

El lugar es hermoso y la atención de David fue excelente. Lo que más nos gustaron fueron los espumantes. La vista es muy linda. Fuimos en otoño, imagino que en primavera debe ser mucho más lindo. Les recomiendo visitarla. Muy recomendable!!!

Excelente todo ! Los 4 días que estuvimos fueron excelentes Desde la atención del personal (cabe destacar) la limpieza, la villa en su dimensión!! La gastronomía!! Todo de maravilla ! Muy linda experiencia!

El lugar donde queda el restaurant es muy lindo. La presentación de la comida es muy linda, sin embargo casi todos los platos eran agridulces… el recurso se podria decir que repitio en casi todos, lo que termino siendo que ya no fuera de todo nuestro gusto. La atencion fue poco delicada, no nos traian las cosas que pediamos (agua, aceite de oliva, que nos sacaran las copas,etc). La persona que nos atendio era la misma que sirve, explica los vinos, retira platos, etc… lo que es distinto a otras experiencias donde el sommelier suele ser otra persona y hace que la atencion sea mejor. La opcion de tiempos con maridaje - degustación no lo recomendaria para gente que no le gusta el vino blanco o champagne… solo hay una opcion de tinto en el menu de 4 tiempos.

Fui en Julio del 2021. Y la verdad que todo fue excelente. La comida del resto. La casita con fogon abajo y en la terraza, el jacuzzi en la terraza. Todo fue hermoso . La bodega en el subsuelo! Ufff Súper recomendable . Lo repetiria sin dudarlo. Hay cabalgatas….
