L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel est très gentil ! je recommande 

Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu un très bon accueil et même surclassé. La chambre et l'emplacement étaient très bien, magnifique vu sur le Nil. Bonne ambiance le soir, bon restaurant. Personnel bienveillant

Le matériel était très vieux, le petit déjeuner était médiocre, la literie boulochait et la chambre n'était pas photographiée à ce moment-là. Il y a deux avantages : toutes les chambres ont vue sur la rivière et tous les serveurs sont très sympathiques et fournissent un service assidu. Il n'existe actuellement aucun groupe hôtelier international à Louxor, il n'existe donc que des options locales de qualité variable. Vous pouvez simplement rester une nuit, mais vous ne pouvez pas en supporter plus. L'hôtel Four Seasons sur la même route est en construction en plein essor. On dirait que les fondations ont été construites 😂. Je ne sais pas quand il ouvrira, j'espère qu'il ne sera pas inachevé et qu'il ouvrira normalement. Oh, au fait, le parking de cet hôtel est en fait un petit chantier de construction, recouvert de loess et de graviers. Il n'y a pas que des déchets de construction, mais aussi beaucoup de déchets ménagers ! ! !

La réception de l'hôtel était très accueillante. Pendant la période d'enregistrement, j'ai dû attendre deux heures lorsqu'il y a eu un problème de communication avec Ctrip avec l'agent. Cependant, cela a été résolu à temps et tout s'est bien passé. L'hôtel n'est pas particulièrement fermé, avec la jetée du Nil à l'ouest. Il y a aussi un projet de montgolfière dans l'hôtel qui a coûté 80 dollars US, mais je l'ai négocié à 60 dollars US. d'autres personnes ont proposé de prendre un bateau pour traverser la rivière et n'en ont payé que 50 😂

C'est nul. La liste de la propriété est fausse. Le personnel de la réception a une mauvaise attitude. Vous devez payer un supplément pour les vestiaires.

The tour attendant at the hotel, Abdul, is a complete fraud. He sold us a Luxor tour for 55 dollars. When we got in the taxi, we saw that it was not a tour but just a transport. And the air conditioning of the vehicle was not working, can you imagine, it was 50 degrees inside the vehicle. They said that this was a sudden malfunction, but this is not true. The air conditioning was broken from the beginning. Even if it was true, they did not inform us that the air conditioning was not working. We asked them to compensate for this, they could have at least given us a small refund, but this time Abdul lied to us and said that we had underpaid him in the first place. This is a big lie because we said we would pay in dollars and he showed us the total payment on the calculator. So there is no way we have underpaid. Definitely do not buy a tour from the tour attendant at this hotel, Abdul. We are currently traveling in a taxi at 50 degrees!!!

Nice hotel I booked landmark view But they give me nile view

I wish I could give it a 0 but hey. Had originally booked for 2 nights however the treatment from staff was poor throughout. Some occasions: - asked for assistance to book a taxi. Staff refused saying they would not get enough of a cut to make it worth his while to call a taxi. - bed sheets were bloodstained - they refused to accept the complaint - no WiFi - technically it appears in the lobby but good luck using it. It won’t even appear from the rooms And worst case. I checked out a day early due to these aforementioned problems. They confirmed cancellation and said I’d get the money back. I accept and leave. Then they tell trip that actually they didn’t check me out and so refused to accept a cancellation..

The hotel was good for the price, the view from the room was great and it was clean. Breakfast was OK. Booked a double but they gave us a twin but it was easy to push the beds together. If you’re particular, you probably wouldn’t stay here but if you understand that you get what you pay for, this hotel is great.

I appreciated the lovely breakfast spread and the friendly and welcoming demeanor of most of the staff. The view of the Nile was stunning; however, I did find the area to be a little concerning at night. It would be helpful if guests were informed about the ongoing construction ahead of time, as the noise was quite disruptive during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the AC in my room wasn't functioning properly, which impacted my comfort. Lastly, I found the reception staff to be a bit stiff and could benefit from a more approachable attitude. Also, it would be great to have wifi access beyond the lobby.

Everything was perfect and all the staff was very polite and friendly !

The view of hotel is fabulous, staff is helpful but the room facilities are a bit old I don’t like the linen got pilling

Clean and cozy hotel. The staff was friendly, helping guiding your room and carrying luggages. They offered a wide selection of breakfast, and the food tasted good. The Nile view was amazing.

It has beautiful Nile sunset view. Amenities are great. Internet weak in rooms, good in lobby. Breakfast is scrumptious. Only some of the housekeeping fellas are dodgy, like everywhere in Egypt, they try all means to get tips, more tips, more money.
