« L'hôtel est très grand, à flanc de colline, l'air y est excellent et l'environnement est magnifique, ce qui facilite la prise de photos. La chambre avec vue sur les montagnes enneigées de Guzhen est très agréable. Elle est dotée de fenêtres sur trois côtés donnant sur la vieille ville de Baisha, d'où l'on peut admirer la ville depuis la chambre. La configuration de la chambre est également très confortable. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Pendant le séjour, la gouvernante de l'hôtel, Xiao Zhang, le serveur du restaurant, Xiao Cai, et les autres membres du personnel du service client ont été aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Xiao Cai pour le cocktail sans alcool bien pensé, qui a comblé les attentes de ma femme. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont copieux et exquis. Le lait chaud Good Night est particulièrement délicieux. En général, c'est un peu cher, mais chaud, mais ça vaut le coup. »

« We stayed at Stone Hotel 石头厝 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! I am so glad we discovered it after searching on Trip.com for quite a while. We were looking for a hotel in Lijiang that is quiet and peaceful, with views of Yulong Snow Mountain, and has the modern comforts of a luxurious boutique hotel. The hotel is located outside of Lijiang town, approximately 30-40min drive, and right next to Yuhu Village. If we needed to go anywhere, the hotel provides a car drop-off service in a luxurious MPV. It’s also easy to call a car on DiDi. The room is beautifully designed with elements of copper and wood, blending modern and traditional. The bed and pillows are among the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my travels. Being a city girl, I’m delighted with the Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, and Aesop hand soap! The free mini fridge is stocked with beer, Perrier sparkling water, soft drinks, and if not enough, just pop over to the restaurant where the fridge and fruit bar is open and free all day! The amazing variety of fruits are the sweetest I’ve tasted, all grown locally. Even the nuts are sweet, I think they roast them in some sweet milk. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes but we had hotpot every dinner just because the soup is so delicious and the meats so tender. At dinner, the Naxi brothers will drink a toast and sing for every guest as their way of welcoming the guests and treating them as friends. If you dare to, try their local herbal/fruit alcohol (very strong!) We also love that for breakfast, they serve a selection of local side dishes which we enjoyed trying. Their concierge/front desk team welcomed us warmly even before arriving (via WeChat), and supported us very well throughout our stay. The whole experience of coordinating airport pickup and booking their various activities and amenities (afternoon tea, evening drink, dinner, car) was seamless and fast. Before going out, the front desk staff always makes sure that we are well equipped for the day with water, umbrella, oxygen, chocolates. All the staff are always happy and friendly, making us feel like we are friends because the service is so personalized. We chatted with many of them and had the chance to learn a little about each of them, their lives and their culture. They know that we love playing with their dogs and the little lamb DuoDuo, and gave us many chances to play with them and even feed little DuoDuo. One can feel that they love their work there. After leaving, we are still missing little DuoDuo, the amazing staff and warm hospitality, and the comfortable room. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is one of the rare times where I miss the place and the people so much. We highly recommend Stone Hotel 石头厝 to anyone visiting Lijiang! And I hope we have to chance to come back and stay with them again. »

« Ce séjour à l'hôtel a été une expérience très agréable. L'hôtel est situé près du lac Wenbi, que l'on peut admirer depuis la fenêtre. L'hôtel est relativement calme. La chambre est confortable et chaleureuse, avec une bonne insonorisation. Le personnel est très chaleureux et attentionné, et le service est excellent. « L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 2 km de la station, et le personnel est très agréable et a été prêt à prendre la carte de chambre avant notre arrivée. Ils nous ont mis à la disposition d'une chambre spacieuse, sans spots, et nous ont même donné un petit déjeuner complimentaire avec beaucoup d'options, même si nous n'avons pas réservé un repas. Absolument aimé notre séjour ici définiment recommander ! »

« 要怎麼描述這次旅行呢？哪怕在酒店躺三天也不會覺得浪費的程度。很感謝管家小姐姐阿嬌這次事無鉅細的服務，在入住之前，她就貼心的問是否需要接送機服務，知道我是自駕以後，也會給出最佳的開車方案，幫我避免一些難開的路段。雖然門口有一些石子坡路不太好走，但是停車也很方便的，酒店也會提供代泊車和充電服務。讓我覺得最值得一説的是早餐和正餐，早餐的量非常大，哪怕我是一個人，他們也會按照早餐券上雙人餐（最後避免浪費我就衹要了一份）餐廳一側是隨手一拍都很治癒的景色，雲和氧氣的包圍讓人變得很懶很舒適，如果傍晚運氣好的話，會拍到橘粉色的落日和被暈染的雲。之後如果繼續來麗江的話，我還會選這家酒店，也會推薦好朋友來～ »

« To be honest.. after visiting several hotels in yunnan. This probably the worse one. Firstly, we arrived at hotel, no staff there to do check in/ help us with our luggage. There’s no one at all.. After awhile, A lady from restaurant/other department came and check in for us. And then… no room keys no breakfast voucher/coffee voucher given (my mum went to redeem the free coffee but they said it require voucher). The only thing the staff text me was.. it’s time to check out. No service at all during the whole stay. And the price of this hotel is double triple of other great hotels. Mentioned this to our driver, he said his previous client told him the same thing as well. Regret choosing this hotel. »

Il y a aussi un majordome dans chaque chambre qui nous accompagnera tout au long des vacances et répondra à toutes nos questions. La personne qui nous a servi cette fois-ci était Ashley, qui était très gentille. »

« Excellent service and location. We purposely pick hotel at DongBaGu to be able to see the sunrise shining on YuLong mountain. We can see the gold mountain from the dining area. We are grateful that the hotel helped us to upgrade our rooms to rooms with balcony. We even have a free photoshoot for each room, welcome tea ceremony, night star glazing, and dyeing experience to enjoy. The most importantly, we have to allocate enoguh time to experience all these facilities. Front desk Xiao Li is very helpful. As we do not have wechat pay to book for the cable car ticket to get up to YuLong mountain, she helped us to do the booking, and even teach us how and when to go there. Overall it is peaceful and nice hotel to stay at. »
