Hôtel relativement confortable, non seulement la chambre est propre et bien rangée, mais en plus l'accueil est bon. L'hôtel surplombe toute la ville, le paysage est excellent.

I was disappointed with the room I allegedly booked as Duplex. It was not the castle accommodation as I had hoped to experience. I like to warn others not to book these rooms which are like a chamber maid’s rooms no. 50-54. I had to go through the function room to get to my room which is along a corridor apparently for the maids’ quarters in the olden days. 😟 Furthermore these rooms windows facing the courtyard, extremely noisy when there is a party till 11 pm. I spend almost €400 per night for a horrible castle experience stay.

The hotel looked good on the outside, it is clean and designed with a castle interior. though it was good on the outside, there were no particular facilities and fun attractions other than the view seen from the restaurant.

The decor of the hotel is superb. I find the room a bit hot during the summer time.

Super and highly recommend to go !

體驗感一般的一家酒店，剛入住就看到陽台的鴿子糞，房間特別小，山上的酒店，離市區有點距離，設施也不完善，服務也一般，性價比不高，不推薦

房間的床單污糟糟的那種用了很久的米黃色，前台水是免費的，但代入房間不行，打掃衞生不積極、上下山的電梯壞了5次。走的時候在維修，導致天天打的。風景秀麗，為了風景也就認了。（吃老本的酒店） 衞生：一般

很乾凈的古堡酒店，裏面也很有古典的感覺，洗漱用品也是英國品牌，早餐中規中矩，位置極佳可以俯瞰全城，酒店安靜舒適，給我的感覺很不錯，温馨，如果還有機會，會再次帶着家人來。

服務：超級贊，由於下樓梯有一段路程，擺放了按鈴告知客户按鈴酒店人員幫助搬運行李，會送客户到房間指引入住！ 環境：俯瞰盧塞恩湖景 設施：房間床被枕頭都很舒服柔軟

房間非常非常非常漂亮。設施比較舊。其他都還好

非常棒的環境，特別有城堡感覺，下次去還住這家酒店。酒店在盧塞恩城的制高點，擁有無敵湖景視野，白天和晚上視野都超一流，若不是行程因素，好想多住幾天。

從火車站轉車到酒店附近，找了一段時間才找到原來有這個登山纜車到山上的酒店，其實就像搭𨋢一樣，都算方便，只是到達後還有一段路才走到前台，中間有些位置需要搬行李。 酒店房間乾淨，光線充足，空間也很夠大，minibar附送的飲品很多也很特別。 酒店的服務很好，早餐的選擇也算多，整體十分滿意。
