Seamless check in and front desk staff is very helpful. Walking distance to malls and Johor Bahru immigration.

Better book somewhere else. The room feels suffocated. The bathroom is too small. The breakfast does not have many options. This place is not near to any attraction

second time stayed in this hotel. this time we brought the kids with us, so i booked family room type and turns out it was too big for us, suit for 6 people 😂 for parents who bring 2 kids (under 15y) you should book the Deluxe Twin instead Family room, because the bed in deluxe is big enough for 2 people and the room also spacious, but pls don't expect a view from ur window. anyway we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in there, very family friendly recommended hotel near JB sentral. thank you

Nice hotel but the room is similar to other hotel in CH with no air conditioning can be a little warm. Overall i have a nice stay here.

Room is big, two queen size bed. It can connecting to another room. Location is not so convinience. Have to walk quite a distance then can reach JB city square. Price is cheap.

Toilet is very very small and throughout the night there is an ongoing construction and soundproof is bad. But overall okay near to r&f mall and a supermarket.

Good place with minimum in place... but the jam can be quite bad as it is near the road to woodland overall ok.

Location was good, near to FGJB foordcourt, and within walking diatance from CIQ. Clean was clean and bed was comfy. If only they can provide handsoap and razor. Buffet spread should rotate more, as having nasi lemak and fried noodles with chicken for xonsecutive 4 days. Will likely stay at Fives Meldrum again.

I thought its the branch that is near JB sentral but its not, the hotel near JB Sentral is called Fives JBCC. Near our current hotel also got 1 shopping centre called R&F Mall. This hotel is the newest branch only 6 month old as told by the staff. Price also the lowest compared to the other 2 branches as the other 2 branches are more established. There's couples of construction going on near this hotel. No wardrobe only some hanging stumps on the side wall,also no fridge.

This hotel is quite new, so everywhere is clean. Breakfast buffet not much choices. Room is spacious but no fridge and no wardrobe. I’m happy with the price as we get to have good sleep due to there’s 2 queen bed for 4 of us. Simple hotel for not fuzzy guest at acceptable price. Very near to CIQ, so we encounter some traffic jams during in and out of the hotel area to shopping malls.

It's been a fun stay but the aircon in my room not very cold. There is lack of carpark parking too

Location was good with a splendid eatery nearby. It is like a beer garden with a wide variety of food. All of them are Chinese food. I had Stingray, Squid, Prawn and a vegetable all for RM100. This was for 2 pax. There’s also a ‘Mamak’ stall on the other side of the hotel. Please don’t go there because the food is terrible. Hotel is fairly new. We booked a King room but we were told that there was a major defect and upgraded us to a double Queen room that came along with a dying cockroach. We had cold shower the following day as the heater was not working. But the cockroach was the most chilling experience. The towels are soft and fluffy. Bed was nice and firm.

This hotel is at the centre of JB, so it’s so convenient for me to make the business visit. Besides that, the staff are very helpful to settle the issues. Strongly recommended!
