Fantastic hotel , great staff , rooms great. Had an issue with air con and it was rectified. Superb location for the old town and restaurants. Make sure you ask for a market square view. Most kind commissioners and very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area

Modern and cozy hotel in the city center with very delicious breakfast. The personal is very friendly and helpful. On the top of the hotel is amazing views, where you can see the sunset. Close to the hotel is good vine bar Vinoteca Praha with live music.

Everything was perfect. Delicious breakfast, good service, transfer. Good wi-fi. Cleans rooms. Hotel is located in the center of the old town in a magnificent historic building. All the attractions are within walking distance. Good view

This hotel is truly exceptional in every respect. It is a beautiful historic building next to the Ivan Franko University in the heart of downtown Lviv within easy walking distance of all sites. Dining was 5-star gourmet and the breakfast was amazing. You really get a very diverse cuisine. The rooms are large with every conceivable modern convenience. The staff are very polite, always smiling, and so willing to help. And Lviv is such a beautiful city that should be on everyone's itinerary for a visit to Eastern Europe. I am an Air Canada super elite flyer having stayed in hotels all over the world on business and not easily impressed. But this hotel ticks all the boxes.

The Bank Hotel is elegant and comfortable. The staff is courteous and attentive and the restaurant features phenomenal dishes and greasy service. The rooms are very comfortable and well serviced. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely come back some day. Hopefully as a tourist when the madness is over.

Super great hotel, location and service! All functionalities working perfectly and without any disruption. I have stayed there for one night only during a trip across Ukraine and everything was perfect. Very close to nice restaurants and historical sites. Strongly recommended.

I was given a room that was as dark as an underground cave. I had to turn on the light all the time, even during the day. The window in the room is small and overlooks the shared balcony, which means that people can constantly look inside. And this balcony also overlooked the courtyard. I happen to travel a lot, I've seen different things, and I know that a minibar is a cheapskate version of a mini-fridge, but here was an absolute record, the depth of the fridge was 5 cm! I didn't even know that such a thing existed, that someone was making such sh**. Loud noises were constantly coming from the wall behind the cheapskate fridge, which sometimes woke me up in the middle of the night. And my God, this is Lviv, like a 5-star hotel, and there is no coffee machine. Just sticks of instant nescafe in the room - enjoy, please. If it were a hostel, it would be okay, although I would never choose even a hostel without a window in the room. And with those pomp and prices, it's a shame, of course. I add a star for not stuffing the bedding under the mattress and another for the delicious food. If I had paid for it myself, not my employer, there would have been a scandal for such a room.

this hotel serves the most delicious turkey sandwiches. everything else is also on top. location, gorgeous park across the street. Lviv Promenade is just a few minutes' walk away. there is a cozy terrace, you can drink coffee whenever you want

I have tried a number of hotels in Lviv, and Bank Hotel turned out to be the best. It has a great international standard and the stars truly reflects the hotel. I had issues with my car, and the concierge drove the car to the auto shop, had it repaired, and brought it back while I attended meetings. The fee was very reasonable. The front desk helped me communicate with restaurants throughout. The front desk in general was very attentive and accomodating. I must highlight the two concierges and doormen that were present and helpful at all times. Very, very professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice and the breakfast was also great. It's not often, that you have absolutely nothing just slightly negative to put in a hotel review - but I don't. I will absolutely stay at Bank Hotel again, when I return to Lviv.
