The Lotus House

absolutely loved my stay here! clean, beautiful and in an excellent location in a very cute pedestrian street, less than 5min from the ruins! room was always clean and i got more soap/toothbrushes/combs/water every day after i used them :-)

First we stepped into the room, floor was all wet, not dried after 10mins waiting time, I guess the room is quite humid Managed to change to another room But the cleanliness need to be improved Bed is not that comfortable Short walking distance to 大三巴 Ruins of São Paulo Need to carry luggage from bus stop, walking through a steep and narrow walkway, is not that near and convenient Lotus house is located in a small alley, it looks cute in the day time with a lot cat painting on the wall But the alley looks abit scary at night to hang out or explore around

Great location, nearby 大三巴. This price worth in Macao. Will visit again

Not much expectation on budget hotel. The customer service is nice. They tried to offer help when we found the problem (hardware issue in the room). The problem could not been fixed ultimately but we can feel they tried to help. The design of the room is nice but not clean enough at all. The room is very small though we added $ to upgrade. But we booked it the last min, nothing to complain. Reachable distance from 大三巴.

Room is big and clean. Location is great but a-bit hard to find it, as the hotel is not in-front of main street. Need to walk inside. Friendly staff and good service. New hotel at a reasonable price, highly recommend as nearby have a-lot food and near shopping area. ****** is not near by. Need to walk for 15-20mins to nearest ******.

PERFECT LOCATION. Everything is walking distance and there are fantastic coffee shops all around. Area is beautiful and there’s a great Portuguese restaurant just next door. Hotel was clean and staff were polite. They just do not speak any English

It’s quite hard for me to find the hotel by using google maps as it shows the wrong location. But overall the room is clean and the staffs are quite responsive. The hotel is very near Ruins of St Pauls, it took 5 mins to reach there.

In my opinion, don't book here, don't use trip.com. I booked a double bed. But when I arrived, it wasn't like the picture, it was smaller and no one answered, and they didn't solve our problem. It was very ugly and a scam.
