My family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out: ✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts: - Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly. - Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance. - Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️ - Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests. 💯 Final Verdict: Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart. I would say this is by far the most memorable stay I had in Macao!! From the airport our car drop us off directly in front of lobby (apparently not all hotels do). Entering the hotel we were greeted warmly by attentive hotel staffs. Front desk Kurt is a wonderful guy, very helpful and sincere. We needed connecting rooms for a family who also need wheelchair, and he had the guide of his manager Kimon and got us all settled in very comfortably in our rooms. The stunning hotel interior design and serene atmosphere create a balanced retreat from the busy casino crowd! The hotel are spacious, with luxurious amenities, complimentary minibar (with few exceptions), perfect lighting, thick carpet, and oh sooo soft its Simmons bed, the square bathtub, (housekeeping guy Delphin-Ivan meticulously cleaned the rooms!) and the view overlooking Cotai strip Venetian hotel, every detail made my stay an amazing experience! I would love to come back again (other than its so tempting to try many other new hotels in the city) and definitely recommend this Nuwa hotel! Plus I had tried the gym, full range Precor equipment, spacious and clean, good looking trainer there is also helpful. Only downside is operating hours 08:00-20:00 and the outdoor pool looks average so i did not try. Also its its dining exquisite options of which i tried the 3 star Michelin Jade Dragon and BEST spa (will write more on a separate review!)

This is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff! Also the location is super convenient.

Check in was awful. Room was supposed to be available at 1500 and they were still cleaning it at 1545. When I stayed at st Regis they did ironing with no extra cost but had to pay here. Overall the room was lovely but service had a lot to be desired.

Our family enjoyed the hotel alot, excellent service from front desk, we got upgraded again specially thanks to Ms. Nina and the Door man Mr. Yeung. We will definitely come back later.

surprisingly having a wonderful time in this hotel ( i am a old timer hotel explorer for more then 40 years.)
