I have nothing but good things to say about this motel! It’s clean, quiet, safe. I can’t say enough about Gigi and Diego! They are the nicest people you want to meet. They have been very attentive to us to make sure that we have what we need. And when you ask they for anything they give it to you. I ask Gigi if she could give me a boost when my van wouldn’t start one night.. and with no hesitation she came right out and helped me. Always greeting you with hello or how it’s going. She told us everything about the area when we checked in. She is a gem. I could go on and on,but you guys get my point. Their customer service is unparalleled! Thank you guys for making our stay so far away from so warm and welcoming! Mimi!

The place is a dump: Threadbare and stained sheets, thin, over used towels, broken lamps, 17 yr old microwave, clogged shower/tub, clogged sink, Bathroom fan not even present, taken out of housing. No breakfast (was advertised) no coffee. Not even a coffee pot in room. Reception/breakfast area door locked in morning (7am). Semi permanent residents. Shabby exterior and grounds. Broken window in room. The only good thing is the new oversized TV, which I didn't use anyway. It wasn't a pleasant experience, the place is a dump.

Worst hotel, signs all over for non smoking. The whole hotel reeks of it. And even our room was bad, burn holes in the comforters, shower rod broke, worst hotel to stay at. My kids could not stand it either. Do not stay here worst hotel ever! They don't keep up on it, and don't clean it.

Terrible terrible service which started at checkin when receptionist Ms Patel wanted every single persons name and photo ID, only person's ID and name she needed was the person who's name was on the booking, no one else. Same person could have several rooms and Super 8 has no business asking for the whole parties ID's and names. No other motel ever has requested that. Ridiculous. Oh she says its for security reasons, dumb, but yet the back door is spose to always be locked, you enter with your key card, but that door was never locked! So no security back there!! Now is that keeping us safe from any criminal walking right in?! Plus key cards didn't always work and they were never kept by any electronic to set it off. Bathrooms were discusting, debris all over the room. A/C wasn't always functioning correctly. The guy at front desk was almost as bad as the lady owner. Also, they never were at the front desk, you always had to call them on the phone, how dumb is that? Ugh, Please never stay in this motel!! You will get the same rude rude rude service.

When pulling up it does look outdated, but once you go inside its clean and smells fresh. My family and I were headed back home when we decided to stop for the night and found this place off the path but we needed to sleep. When we stopped here the lobby was locked but there was a sign posted to pick up a phone, and someone answered almost immediately. The lady got me checked into a room quick and when we got in the room it was already heated for us, and smelled clean. The flat screen is a nice touch to an older hotel but the hot water is much better. Breakfast had so much variety for kids and adults. My children loved the mini waffles and cereal. Check out was even better as the gentleman up front said they offer email receipts, and you leave your key in your room and be on your way.

I've been a frequent visitor to this place over the last 10 years. The management has changed over the years, and so has the quality of the building. Up until my recent stay, the place has been going down hill as most Super 8s are now a days, but this place is starting to become much better. The yard has been cleaned up, and the trees are trimmed, the driveway lights still need fixing but overall the entire lot it completly lit up. The gazebo that used to be in the front, that had seen better days, has finally been taken down, and the new manager that took over about a year ago said she has better plans for that space and I can't wait to see the progress. The lobby has seen some changes, and the manager is the most helpful, honest lady you will ever meet. I think her name was Gigi, and her co-worker the gentleman in the mornings Diego he greets everyone that comes down for breakfast with a smile. They have more of a variety of food than most budget hotels do, and they still have waffles that are mini! The rooms could be updated a bit more, but they now have bigger TVs than the last time, the rooms are cleaned really well and they have a plesant smell. Gigi said they are still updating but it was taking some time, due to shipping issues, but hopes by the summer all the updates should be done. You can tell of the updates they are doing, the TVs and the internet have always been an issue here but they have fixed both issues, the internet has really fast speed and I don't get disconected like I used to. Overall the place does look rundown, but the wonderful Manager and her co-worker are trying their best to make this place like is used to be and if you have had a bad experience in the past please consider giving this place another chance. Gigi and Diego are so kind to everyone, even in my opinion when some guests yell at them for a security issue like showing an ID when asking for a key to a room.

Very racist people here. If you are a person of color don’t stay here..! Don’t manger is very rude.! No daily housekeeping service & if you put the trash in the hallway for them to get they will try to kick you out. Worst hotel my job ever sent me to. Floors are very very old every step you take the floor make a sound like you going fell through it especially the second floor..! The general manager name is Patel and she the rudest person I ever met she have no respect for her customers & she very rude..! & the WiFi is terrible I believe she was disconnected me on purpose..! Don’t stay here I can’t wait until my job move me..!

It was a tranquil stay. The room was clean. Great service. The staff was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the convenience of walking a short distance to a buffet- restaurant for lunch and dinner. I would stay there again.

The whole place smelled like smoke. The light covers in our room were missing. The fridge door was actually duct taped on. The shower curtain was stained yellow. The parking lot in back of the hotel didn't have any working lights so it was very dark. Outside is not kept up with tall weeds everywhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We are not from around here, and didn’t realize the storm in May had taken out the signage on this property, so when I asked if we could see a room before we committed to it the reaction I got was to be expected. The outside of the building was plain, no trash no cars we were not sure if the motel was open. GiGi did let us see a room and I have to tell you we were not disappointed ! The rooms were clean from to to bottom. The bathrooms were spotless! This location was by far a better experience than any we have been in in recent years.
