This room was perfect, at first I was nervous because upon my arrival my room was not ready for and early check in but once I got in the room everything was perfect, the sheets were clean no spots at all the bathroom was clean water pressure was perfect” the breakfast I wish they had more fruit options but the waffle and bacon made up for it the orange juice was nice as well, u couldn’t hear your neighbors ( the guy who parked my car was very nice his name was Romario very nice guy

Emily at the front desk was so friendly when I checked in. The next morning, the whole staff at breakfast all greeted me. The free shuttle pick up and drop off to JFK was also fast and the main reason why I picked this hotel.

The room is great and quite clean. The bed is comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The wifi didn't work in my room though which was very annoying. I asked the receptionist and all she said was: "sorry about that". Quite disappointing considering how expensive it was. I'd book again but I sure hope they'll fix their wifi by then.

Almost a perfect stay. Really satisfied by service, welcome service, shuttle service, room service.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is kinda basic but acceptable. Shuttle from JFK is easily filled so most of the time will need to wait for a second one which is not good enough, considering most travelers are tired and want to check ASAP. Room prices are ridiculous but it's the general norm for any hotels near JFK.

Frontline staff were friendly. The location was just 10 mins to Airport with free shuttle bus service. Breakfast were standard American style.

It is very convenient and good. We had a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. All the staff are nice and helpful.

I was unwell when I touched down JFK airport at 6am in the cold winter. The hotel staff gave me a wonderful surprise! They allow us to have an early check in. I was so grateful for that. I was able to take a good rest after the shower. I felt so much better. Thank you for the great effort and your hotel staffs were awesome!

Shuttle service from airport to hotel is not available and not clear which is what most people needed, email was not replied and must call hotel for the info.

Hotel rather pricey, AC was not working in my room but they were nice enough to move me to another room.
