L'enregistrement a été compliqué et personne n'a répondu au téléphone du service client, la chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre.

C'est génial et pratique mais pas de réception, ce qui rend tout difficile si vous n'avez pas Internet ni de batterie pour entrer dans le bâtiment.

When we brought it up, they told us maintenance would take care of it. They never did. No updates, no follow-up, no apology. Just radio silence. We ended up getting sick from the heat and lack of ventilation. And when we tried to ask again, we were met with rudeness and condescension. ✘ Zero Hospitality or Service There is absolutely no hospitality in this place. The staff made no effort to accommodate us, help us, or even speak to us with respect. If you run into a problem, even if it’s something they’re responsible for, they will not help you. There’s no sense of care, kindness, or accountability. ⸻ Final Thought This place may look nice online, but the service is horrendous, and they do not care about their guests. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. You’re better off staying literally anywhere else.

房間在二樓，沒有電梯，帶了行李有點不方便，要搬上去，其他都挺好，有大窗户，沒空調，不過有電扇也足夠了。

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto. Al no tener recepción fue bastante complicada la entrada. Tampoco había aire acondicionado.
