The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Je suis toujours très satisfait par les hôtels Travelodge. Celui de Maidstone est moderne, très bien placé et avec un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont confortables et bien insonorisées malgré la route très proche.

Stayed one night Small room but was clean and warm. Little noise Everything as it should be Would stay here again Some noise from traffic but not much surprisingly

Anthony, Keith and Danny were great in assisting us, we had a lovely stay, they were lovely to talk to, definitely recommend :) Amazing staff, they were there when we needed, great help. Room is lovely, if you need anything reception will definitely help you.

I staid at this hotel. The room was quite. Breakfast was okay. Staff were extremely polite and lovely. However afew things were not quite right. The floorboards cracked from the door to the bed. I was actually scared to use the toilet so as not to wake up the neighbours. Not to mention the blood stains on the towel in the bathroom and what looked like a snort stain or whatever it was. Its a shame because staff were so nice. The two guys working the night shift were so polite. I think one guy was being trained.

I enjoyed staying at the Maidstone Central Hotel. It was clean and quiet, and very comfortable. And the price was magic!
