Hotel gives a pleasent stay and so delicious food. Staff are tooo good and cooperative. Specially Vishal, Shubham & Shrimanta were always there for anything required. Goa like decent place and good property like Kesarval Fern, too good combination.

Good excellent service, will plan to come back ***** with my family. At that time I will plan to stay here. Taxi services need to improve. Buke also. Service stop is good and there behaviour also good. Nice to visit here. Once again thank to all of you

The Fern Kesarval Hotel, Goa was a mixed experience for my family and me. Rooms: - The rooms we got were a bit old and the furniture was not the same found in contemporary hotels - The linens were dirty and had not been cleaned properly or checked before the room was let out to us. They were changed on request. - One of the rooms we had was having some seepage issues with paint coming off walls and ceilings Restaurant: - The food was averge quality with some items being tasty and others being outright bad - For example crispy chicken was just not crispy. It was soft and not very apetizing - The glasses in which drinks were served were not very clean and some even had cracks in them. They definitely were changed on request. - The variety on the menu was not very great but it was ok for us. Staff: - All the staff were very courteous and pleasant - Shout out to Mr. Vishal who stayed with me late in the restaurant while I had to finish my work and needed a cool place to sit and finish my work. He too was very attentive to our requests and ensured our dining experience was pleasant. - Shout out Ms. Feli who was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable with all our restaurant experience. - The housekeeping staff was also very helpful and promplty too corrective actions when pointed to issues with the linens and other room related issues. All-in-all a good experience, but would suggest the management to look into the room's upkeep and quality to make this a value for money stay.

Awesome food, stay good. Overall experience was pleasant. I had a good service in the restaurant and Swaraj Pramanik catered well. The Chef did alter cooking food according to my taste and it was out wonderful. The rooms are neat, would recommend.

The rooms are nice, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. Would like to mention about Srimanta, Deepak, B Feli, Ranjita from restaurant, Gopal Verma from maintenance and also the house keeping staff, they really take care of your needs.

Very excellent service at restuarent. Deepak ,Srimanta,B. Feli has given exceptionally gr8 service at restuarent.remaing staffs are also very cooperative and humble too... ..... . .. ..................... But need to improve MAP menu.

Nice place to stay. Good staff. Srimantha, Deepak at restaurant are providing great hospitality. Amaresh at reception is very helpful and supporting. Luxurious amenities were also available. Rooms especially winter green premium are very pleasant.
