Good location, walking distance to Uptown Dataran Pahlawan, spacious room and clean.

Convenient location close to the city centre, sea view was great. Slight hiccup with the door access but the front counter sorted it out pretty quickly. There was a 50% off pizzas and pastas at the hotel’s Italian restaurant at level 1 on weekdays between 2-5pm (?). Can’t imagine I’d ever have Italian in malacca but we reached at 9.30pm on day 1 when everything else was closed and the pasta we had was pretty amazing, amongst the better Italian food I’ve had.

Neat and clean. But the room cupboard had a musty odour. Perhaps the hotel can consider using air fresheners. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Arrival experience was underwhelming however the front desk did provide us with an early check in at 1230pm.Location wise slightly out of the downtown areas where most of the meetings were held and a big round on the road was required to get to town. Rooms were dated and not refreshed for sometime, essentially milking the IHG branding while not delivering on the product. Carpets had a little mildew. Dove - shower amenities were provided which was a first for me.

The room is spacious and location is great. It is very near to Jonker Street too.

Has been booking this hotel in Malacca for relatives and friends to stay whenever they come to Malaysia for a visit.

Easy access to city centre, the room is clean and tidy …. Everything are great … will come again

Good location. Professional. Halal certified hotel. Room abit small but comfortable. Staff always welcoming. Variety of foods during breakfast. Right at the centre of Melaka - walking distance to the malls, museums and attraction places

Definitely by far my first choice hotel holiday inn whenever plan for a holiday in malacca, top scores on every aspect, worth it, even though a bit pricey during school holidays.

No regrets for the extra premium in price. A little far off from town but we were ok with it. Front office receptionist was super friendly and accomodating.Will not hesitate to take this place again when in Melaka.
