Everything was nice, there were just couple of disappointing things: 1. That’s not so simple to get into. We had to call to the support 2 times. Pin for the appointment didn’t work. You may need Wi-Fi to check in before enter, use the appointments one. 2. There was a problem with internet connection. Only once but for the whole evening. 3. Cleaning came after 9 days only. So we were out of toilet paper and clean towels.

Considering the location and affordable rates, this is a wonderful apartment we used as a base for our two-week trip to Andalusia. The property, located on a largely pedestrian area of the city, is quiet, clean, well maintained and well equipped. It offers good lighting, good water pressure, flawless wifi, plenty of outlets for chargers and other electronic gear, a comfortable bed and spacious living/dining room. A couple of balconies added to its charm, as did complementary washers and dryers on the top floor. Weak points? The sliding bathroom door adjacent to the kitchen is hardly sound proof. A number of kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker and two-burner convection stovetop, need basic instructions. The codes to get in the building and our apartment were a bit tricky until another guest provided helpful tips. The location is hard to beat. A wide range of restaurants, plus supermarkets and pharmacies, are short walks away. Bus and subway service are close by and the main train station is an easy walk.

Great week long stay - not sure if all apartments have external views but I did with a cute balcony. Very central - 10mins from the wonderful market, 3 mins from central Malaga station. Supermarket (Mas - local one), is 2 mins away, and several smaller ones nearby too. You can hear next door using shower and occasional noise from street but nothing that bothered me. Feels newish - fresh, modern and good standard of furnishings, etc. Comfortable bed, and great table from which I've been able to work from. Only complaint is lack of storage space in kitchen area and not draining board/rack for dishes (bring tea towels as they only supply one small one). Nice touch have Nespresso machine with a few comp pods (there is a Nespresso store in the main square). All in all - it's been a great stay.

Let’s get the bad out of the way first. Two of the many things I learned in over 40 years of being in business are 1. Never assume and 2.communicate, communicate,communicate. To the owners. If you wanted to see my passport details before you sent me the codes to access the building do so well beforehand and not on the day of arrival when I did not have access to WiFi.. When I eventually managed to reach you ( the number on the *********** confirmation yielded only an access to a Spanish call centre) your somewhat flippant response for me “ to chill and find a coffee house with WiFi” so that I could send you passport copies was not well received. Secondly if you are going to post instructions about how to enter the building using a code on a keypad, make sure that the instructions are correct. Yours are not! I encountered no fewer than three couples who could not gain access to the building due to your incorrect information. A similar situation occurs at apartment level. Finally don’t assume that everyone of your guests have the knowledge of how to operate kitchen devices. Provide instructions! The good. Whilst the building exterior is unpretentious the minute one gains entry to the foyer you are in another world. A cool ,fragrant and well appointed entrance suggests more to come. The apartment itself was immaculate, superbly clean and almost minimalistic in its decor. Everything that the website promised was true to a fault. I don’t know who the cleaning contractors are but the owners should stay with them! The bed was comfortable and the shower water plentiful and hot. Absolutely no complaints. An added bonus is that there is a fairly large and well stocked MAS supermarket no further than 60 metres from the building.Access to train and bus stations is in easy walking distance.

338€ una noche y cuando vas a ducharte por la mañana para irte a una reunión resulta que está roto el monomando del agua y no funciona el agua caliente. Decepcionante y además sin tiempo a poder hacer nada (6:30 de la mañana) No entiendo cómo no comprueban ese tipo de cosas!! Y además van y me dicen ahora por whatsapp que tienen servicio emergencias 24h y que se hubiese podido solucionar!! En 15 minutos, a las 6 de la mañana, un mando roto de agua, Son unos impresentables!!!

Bellissimo monolocale! Pulito e ben arredato. Tutto nuovissimo. Un po’ scomoda la cucina, molto bella ma non pratica: il lavandino ad una sola buca e senza scolapiatti…perché non mettere una lavastoviglie..c’era pure lo spazio..sarebbe un valore aggiunto! Ottima l’idea di fare una lavanderia comune (tre lavatrici) all’ultimo piano! Buona la posizione anche se non centralissima!

Super saubere Apartments. In ruhiger Lage. Fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum gelegen. Unser Zimmercode funktionierte bei der Ankunft nicht. Obwohl wir nachts ankamen, bekamen wir via WhatsApp einen neuen, der dann funktionierte. Am folgenden Tag war dieser Code erneut ungültig, als wir abends zum Zimmer kamen. Jedoch bekamen wir auch dann einen neuen Code, der bis zum Ende des 5tägigen Aufenthaltes funktionierte. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
