We stayed at the Oficentro apar**ents this week. It’s really noisy and you seriously do not get any sleep. The apar**ent needs much better double glazing. We had hardly any sleep the whole time. The bathroom also was so smelly that the whole apar**ent smelled of sewage, unbearable. I did call the emergency number but was told it would t be dealt with until the next day. It’s a shame as the location is great and the apar**ent ok. If only the reviews on here represented all of their properties on the area.

Very comfortable apar**ent ideally situated for exploring 'old' Malaga and the more modern sea front and Marina. There must have been 100 places to eat within 200 metres of the apar**ents including 2 good restaurants within 2 minutes walk and directly opposite the apar**ents a cafe bar (menu del dia €12) and a tapas bar specialising in produce from Cadiz. Very pleasant walks along tree lined avenues. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful bright spacious 1 bedroom apar**ent, exactly like the photos on the website. Great location 5 mins walk into the centre, 10-15 to marina and port. Surrounded by lovely bars and cafes. Comfortable bed, great powerful shower and very quiet considering the location near the busy road. Friendly staff at check in and checkout. Happy for us to leave our luggage and explore the city on arrival day until our room was ready. The kitchen was very well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty storage with huge wardrobes. The Aircon in this place was so quiet we often thought it hadn't come on at first, no noisy aircon keeping you awake at night. Highly recommend and would return. Malaga is such a beautiful vibrant, safe and clean city. We will be back! One tiny thing there was no safe in the apar**ent but no big deal just useful to be aware of.

Absolutely gorgeous apar**ent. Very clean and spacious with a lovely comfy bed. The apar**ent is in a great location and close to restaurants and shops. Would recommend to all and will definitely stay there again.

Good location, close to town and beach. Please is a bit outdated, towels can be upgraded and the shower is a challenge. The shower head Placed in the middle is a challenge to not get the whole bathroom wet… A better coffee machine could be helpful.

We booked the penthouse apar**ent which is just like photos and very spacious. The restricted opening times of the apar**ent was not an inconvenience because they send clear instructions before you arrive of how you can collect key and for the way home of your flight is later than reception stays open, they will give you details of nearby luggage storage. The apar**ent block is clean and modern. The main advantage is it’s location - it is equidistant from the town and marina/beach. The only negatives I found, as some others have said; the beds are a bit hard. This is the only reason I would give it 4 stars as I found them sore on my back. I would recommend this place to others staying in Malaga however and would return myself.

Very good location near the historic center; quiet, lot of good restaurants nearby. We expect to come back in our next trip in Malaga. The appar**ent was clean, well equiped and quiet. Staff was handsome and professional.

This is such a great place to stay. It’s close to the city centre (5-10 minute walk) but lots of local restaurants nearby. Only 10 minute walk to the harbour with restaurants and bars there too. We had a late check-in so followed the instructions sent to us to gain entry to the building and our room. Very easy and simple. The apar**ent was lovely. Double bed, a sofa which doubles up as another bed. Smart TV. Kitchen had everything you could need and the shower was lovely, warm and powerful. I would highly recommend these apar**ents and would definitely stay there again.

Great apar**ent that is clean, we had an upgrade to balcony room which was nice for having the odd breakfast and dinner. It was very comfortable for a family. Balancing was very convenient with family because we were able to wash our clothes and dry them quickly for the next stage of travel. Only negatives are that the balcony could have been cleaner, and that children cannot stay in your beds for free, they must be specified at booking. We were fortunate that a bigger room was available but had to pay extra. The sofa bed is not that comfortable for anyone fussy, but I found it acceptable.
