"The hotel is stunning and in a beautiful location with amazing views of the Lake and mountains, it was everything we hoped for. Large clean room, cleaned daily great air con, wonderful food, attentive staff who spoke excellent English, gorgeous decor an excellent balance of classic and modern art, a good 20-30 minute to Malcesine along lovely promenade with drink/food stops along the way and benches to watch the lake. The walk down hill and uphill from the promenade will keep you fit. Spar shop at bottom of bank, Only slight criticism is no coffee/tea making facilities in room and fridge more of a cooler than a fridge. Lake Garda is stunning and this hotel was excellent and would highly recommend."

"2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 7). Perfect stay for all of us. Such a beautiful hotel and a beautiful setting. Chilled out vibe, lots of sunbed space around the pool, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. The lake is literally right at your doorstep, which meant we could go for an evening sunset swim while the kids chilled out in the room for a few minutes. The lake was always calm because it's sheltered from the moutnain winds by the little peninsula, silky smooth and clean water. We walked into Malcesine most days, brought our togs and took a few dips in the lake on the way (lovely walkway all the way, just a small patch that's shared with cars up to Spar). Also took a boat trip to Limone . If you want bikes for kids, you have to bring them with you, couldn't rent kids bikes unfortunately because the bike paths follow the lake. Would definitely love to come back. What a serene and beautiful place ."

"Formidable surprise pour cet hôtel situé au bord du lac de Garde au coeur de la ville de Malcesine. L’hôtel a été magnifiquement bien rénové il y a un an. La façade extérieure est contemporaine. Le restaurant avec une vue large sur le lac. Une terrasse sur pilotis à l’arrière de l’hôtel avec transats en nombre, un bassin d’eau non chauffée mais possibilité de descendre via quelques marches directement dans le lac pour y nager. Parking payant à proximité (10 euros la nuit). Hôtel très bien tenu. Belle chambre moderne avec mobilier et murs blancs. Accueil souriant et sympathique de Mariana qui nous a conduit jusqu’à notre chambre (la n° 212). Chambre dotée d’une vue directe sur le lac à l’arrière de l’hôtel avec balcon d’angle qui offre une vue presque à 360 degrés. Deux chaises et une petite table sur le balcon et store en cas de soleil. TV murale écran plat avec des chaines italiennes, anglaises et germanophones aucune de langue francophone. L’inconvénient dans cette partie de l’Italie c’est que tout est écrit en allemand jamais en français et même dans l’hôtel rien n’est en français. Salle de bain avec grande douche. Gel douche et shampoing en distributeur. Serviettes peu épaisses donc vite très humides et pas changer durant le séjour. Miroir grossissant. Sèche cheveux. Grand coffre fort facile d’utilisation pouvant accueillir un ordinateur. Oreiller peu épais donc j’en ai demandé un second. Couette très fine donc obligé de réclamer une couverture en plus. Nous aurions apprécié d’avoir une machine à café ou bouilloire en chambre. WIFI correcte, rapide et avec code. Rideaux occultants et volets extérieurs. Surpris que l’hôtel ne fasse aucune annonce pour ses clients sur le passage à l’horaire d’hiver. Propreté impeccable dans la chambre et le ménage est réalisé efficacement. Petit déjeuner dans la grande salle du restaurant avec buffet. Possibilité de commander des préparations à base d’oeufs (omelette ou oeuf à la coque). Que du classique sur le buffet avec aucun produit local, pas de produit healthy et jus de fruit industriel comme souvent en Italie. Le café servi à table était de qualité. Charcuterie et viennoiseries médiocres. Petite barquette de confiture sans saveur et industrielle elle aussi. L’équipe à la réception était toujours souriante et accueillante tout au long du séjour. Le patron avait cependant un comportement très discutable. Au petit déjeuner il nous a fait comprendre que nous devions utiliser la poubelle située sur notre table et globalement on a le sentiment que les français ne sont pas les bienvenus. Le lieu reste cependant exceptionnel et restera gravé dans notre mémoire. "

"My husband & I have just returned from a 7 night stay & we had a wonderful holiday. We could not find fault, we stayed in the original villa in room 104 which had a side view of the lake & entrance/ gardens. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, helpful & welcoming. The cleanliness outstanding also. We stayed on a half board basis & the food was delicious. Being a small adult only hotel the hotel is peaceful & relaxing, with beautiful gardens & the infinity pool which overlook the lake you certainly unwind & relax here. The walk into town as mentioned in previous reviews is a very scenic walk along the shore of the lake, the climb has been noted also but it’s only for 5 - 10 mins of the return walk that is a true gradiant & you can pause if need be of course. We plan to return very soon."

"Je viens de passer une semaine ici avec ma famille et c'était tout simplement merveilleux. Cet hôtel dispose d'un personnel extrêmement aimable et sympathique. Les chambres et le jardin sont impeccables. Je le recommande vivement. La cuisine est délicieuse et le service de bus pour le centre-ville est excellent pour 1 €, avec un chauffeur adorable qui donne la main à chaque passager à la descente ! "We booked The Augusta hotel through Tui. We liked the location of the hotel as it was away from the centre of the town and very handy for walks and the cable car up Monte Baldo. The hotel is run by the Benedetti family. They were all very efficient and kind and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are of a good size and although the bathroom is small it was perfect for our needs. Despite reading a comment about the beds being hard, we didn’t find this and had no problems sleeping at all. There is air conditioning available upon request and even when ours had a technical hitch Riccardo came to the rescue and sorted it out straight away. Breakfast is very good, with a lovely selection of cooked and cold food, juices, teas and coffees. We made a point of using the bar at the hotel everyday before dinner and chatted to other guests ( despite the language barrier, we did ok!) We had a lovely week and would definitely return to this hotel. Oh and one final thing, we were sent up a breakfast tray on our last day as we were leaving before the breakfast service started - a nice touch. Thank you for having us and hopefully we will see you again Benedetti family 😊"

"Fabulous Hotel. Situated on the lakefront. Views to die for. We had a Large balcony overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean. Staff all friendly and helpful without exception. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice including hot dishes. Cannot fault this hotel . Stayed in august 2023 and would not hesitate to book again. Lovely 10 min stroll by the lake to the beautiful town of malchesine. Stayed bed and breakfast but often had a meal in the beautiful open air restaurant overlooking beautiful Lake Garda . EXCEPTIONAL HOLIDAY. Thank you."
