"Points positifs : Nous avons été surclassés dans une belle chambre calme à notre arrivée (une chambre Deluxe, je pense), avec vue sur la piscine principale. C'est très gentil de leur part. Excellentes installations, belles piscines et de nombreuses activités, notamment pour les enfants, comme le mini-golf. Il y a même une très belle piscine intérieure. Bonne cuisine à l'hôtel et quelques restaurants à proximité. Bon choix de petit-déjeuner, en libre-service. Navette pour le centre de Malcesine. 18 minutes à pied jusqu'au téléphérique. Points négatifs : La navette (en gros, un gros taxi) ne fonctionnait que jusqu'à 18 h. On pouvait ensuite se rendre à l'hôtel et en revenir à pied ou prendre un bus (2 €). Le problème, c'est que la plupart du temps, nous allions au centre de Malcesine le soir, quand il faisait plus frais. Le problème, c'était le retour à pied : plus de 20 minutes de marche en montée. Sinon, essayez de prendre le bus, qui pouvait être bondé. L'hôtel est très orienté vers les familles allemandes avec enfants. Les piscines étaient très fréquentées presque tous les jours. Près de notre chambre, il y a des piscines circulaires, dont une avec jacuzzi. Les enfants jouaient sur des structures gonflables, même dans le jacuzzi. Je ne suis pas sûr de recommander pleinement cet hôtel aux couples en quête d'une escapade romantique. Le personnel du bar… un comportement étrange. Ma femme a dit que nous étions venus consulter la carte des pizzas et nous avons été répartis entre trois personnes différentes, puis on nous a dit de manger la pizza dans un autre coin, puis de la manger dans ce coin-là. Très étrange. J'ai trouvé que certains membres du personnel du bar avaient un certain caractère. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel, surtout aux familles avec enfants. Sachez simplement que si vous prévoyez de marcher jusqu'au centre de Malcesine, le trajet dure plus de 20 minutes et que le retour est en montée."

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while we were in town for a wedding. We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, location could not be beat. We were walking distance to the old town, loads of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. Our room was comfortable and we loved our afternoon drinks on the balcony overlooking the garden and the castle. The only downside I could mention about the hotel was that the walls are quite thin and we could easily hear our neighbor's tv first thing in the morning. Otherwise, though, I cannot fault it. I would happily return and stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful; I had my Birthday during our stay there and the evening was made very special by the restaurant staff. "2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 7). Perfect stay for all of us. Such a beautiful hotel and a beautiful setting. Chilled out vibe, lots of sunbed space around the pool, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. The lake is literally right at your doorstep, which meant we could go for an evening sunset swim while the kids chilled out in the room for a few minutes. The lake was always calm because it's sheltered from the moutnain winds by the little peninsula, silky smooth and clean water. We walked into Malcesine most days, brought our togs and took a few dips in the lake on the way (lovely walkway all the way, just a small patch that's shared with cars up to Spar). Also took a boat trip to Limone . If you want bikes for kids, you have to bring them with you, couldn't rent kids bikes unfortunately because the bike paths follow the lake. Would definitely love to come back. What a serene and beautiful place ."
