We came for tennis lessons and the teaching skills of all our different coaches was just exceptional! The hotel provides good rooms with big windows and high quality bedding. The bathroom has however no amenities, no magnifying mirror, the minibar is almost empty and gets inconsistently refilled. Check-in was quick but we got just handed the key without any further information about locations, opening hours etc. Food was ok but nothing more with a average choice. The worst experience was the kids tennis camp for our two children. Hardly any information at the beginning, they never knew where to go and many changes during the program made their integration very difficult. A special mention for the physiotherapists who do an amazing job! I’ll definitely will be back but probably staying outside the hotel and just enjoying the tennis facilities.

Basically, faultless! Every aspect of my stay was of high quality ; coaching, staff, rooms, spa, food, facilities, surroundings etc etc. I was sad to leave , will definitely be back. One tiny point, it would be nice to have some comfy sofas/chairs in front of the TVs in the US Open cafe. To chill and order some more delicious food and drinks! But thank you for an amazing trip.

It was a great experience. Our daughter attended a one-week Summer Camp at the RNA and she absolutely enjoyed it. She was very happy with the training program, the facilities, the coaches, the staff, the free-time activities, the medical assistance, and the physiotherapy. She met new people and made some good friends. While she was at the Camp, we stayed at the Residence and we were also very pleased. Great facilities, great attention to detail, great food. If you love sports, that's your place to stay! We recommend!

My son of 13 attended the Summer camp during August 2023. In his own words: "I had the best time of my life". The staff (or Guardians as they were called) were very attentive to personal needs and supported my son throughout the week, ensuring he felt comfortable and at home. The tennis coaching was of the highest standard but so too was the recreational activities and lectures on "how to be a champion". Another highlight was a picture with Uncle Toni who was also at the camp for the duration. My son made many friends from all over the world. He will miss his new friends the most. I definitely recommend this experience to any youth with an interest in tennis.

The whole facility is amazing! Everything is very high quality including the food. The wellness center is fabulous and very relaxing. Tennis classes were well organized and the coaches are very qualified and super nice. Great experience overall!

- Service: Despite being marketed as a high end esort, the service provided is reminiscent of a three-star hotel at best. Communication was extremely poor, and as a client, I felt neglected and disoriented. Very bad communication before the start. Only received the programme 3 days before arriving with schedule inconsistent with my departure times. - Boarding Experience for Kids: My kids were utterly dissatisfied with their stay. The guardians assigned were not only disorganised but also lacked the warmth and cordiality expected in such roles. Much to my dismay, most kids were excessively engaged with their mobile phones rather than participating in activities. -Programs and Activities: The camp seems to offer nothing beyond tennis, with no provisions for additional activities or events to foster a sense of community. This lack of support resulted in my children frequently seeking refuge with me instead of enjoying their time at the camp. - Facilities: Although aesthetically pleasing, the layout of the residence is a convoluted labyrinth. To reach my room required an excessive amount of navigation which felt very inefficient. - Staff and Management: The operations appear to be disorganised, hinting at a need for professional hotel management. Moreover, the reception staff was the epitome of rudeness and lacked professional decorum. - Room and Laundry Services: The rooms were satisfactory but constantly filled with noise from outside corridors and ongoing tennis matches outside. Additionally, the laundry service was inconveniently slow and required me to collect my laundry from reception. - Food and Healthcare: The restaurant options and food quality were average, but a serious concern arose when my son suffered from food poisoning. The advertised nurse, who should be an essential presence considering the nature of the camp, was inconsistently available and only on site from 12.30 am. -Tennis Lessons: The coaching was satisfactory but certainly not extraordinary. I expected more professional interaction and advice, not what I could receive from any ex-pro in a local club. Furthermore, the lack of social activities led to repetitive training sessions with the same partners. -Children's Experience: My children, despite being in different age groups and levels, mirrored my feelings of dissatisfaction and stagnancy. The inability to progress in their game was a significant drawback. -Leadership: I expected the presence of more experienced coaches, instead of young, inexperienced staff members. Unfortunately, the involvement of lead coaches, let alone Toni Nadal, was visibly absent. - Location: Manacor, the host town, was underwhelming with not much to offer culturally or aesthetically, thus providing little to no external engagement. In conclusion, the Rafa Nadal Camp and Residence proved to be an unprofessional, disorganised, and inefficient experience. Despite being great fans of Nadal, this camp was a letdown and I would not recommend

My wife and I are very disappointed at Rafa Nadal’s summer camp. We took our 8 year old son for 1 week non boarding and experienced the following to name a few: - on the last day when they had the field trip my son got lost from his group and he was left behind. He asked other monitors for help but instead they took him to a room to watch TV with all the other kids that were sick resulting in my son getting sick 3 days later. I wonder what controls they have so that the kids don’t get lost? - when I arrived and asked what had happened they started coming with different excuses: first they said my wife had sent an email asking that my son doesn’t go on the field trip (I’m still waiting to see a copy of such an email which is a lie), then they said that my son had said he wasn’t feeling well which I asked my son and he never said so, then they told me it was my responsibility to take him to the meeting point at the time of the field trip which is also incorrect, etc. - communication was extremely poor. The schedule I was provided had the wrong pick up times and everyone had a different answer. - It was impossible to get times that were correct which resulted in wrong pickup times and my child left waiting. - the kids spend 10 hours a day and no one tells them to reapply sunscreen. My son came home sunburnt the second day. His bag with his swimsuit and change of clothes somehow got lost and although he asked for help to find it, no one helped him to locate his bag and ended up swimming in the pool in his tennis clothes, no goggles, no sunscreen and no towel. I picked him up at the end of the day soaking wet. In summery, I expected the academy to be professional but instead they’re a bunch of young kids running this camp. This place is the the epitome of incompetence. Lastly, although they know of my grievances they did not bother to call to see how my son is doing. These things were noticed by me because my son was a day camper. If my child was boarding I may never find out about these occurrences.
