one of the best hotel on jufair distract, the breakfast is not a buffet

Everything was perfect.

Although I found this hotel to be too noisy due to the 5 nightclubs co-located within it, I have to give the hotel 5 stars because the Room Division Manager, Jitendra. What an amazing ambassador for this hotel with superior customer service skills. He truly went above and beyond and I can’t praise his patience, kindness, politeness and helpfulness enough. Jitendra is a true gem and this hotel is lucky to have him! The rest of the staff were also stellar!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Special thanks to Ram in fifth floor for his professional and skillful service. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is professional and kind. Parking is good with 2 parking story. Breakfast needs to improve. All in all its a great stay.

Am from Canada am very happy to stay in arch hotel good rooms and wonderful bar in fizz restaurant as well same wonderful bartender I like him very for main guides of me like a family .. I mention the name Mr Ram He is the best in fizz ... way of approach and greeting smile.. thank you for your wonder service Mr ram ... am appreciate thanks to come again with my family

The hotel is acceptable, and the reception staff is helpful; the breakfast is good, and no more options. I will recommend it for solo travelers only It's not suitable for families. No options for dinner and lunch; you can order, and they will make it for you and will take time to prepare

I read some reviews which included complaints about loud music. I contacted the hotel regarding this and they said they would put me on a floor where I wouldn’t hear the music. I was on the 11th floor, the music is so loud it’s ridiculous and there is no way anyone can sleep through this. The hotel should be honest and transparent about the clubs at the hotel. The clubs are obviously more important than guest staying at the hotel, the hotel was was really empty not much guest staying there at all and I can see why. I was also on a no smoking floor and had to complain about the cigarette smoke twice! The staff act as if they can not enforce any rules. Only stay here if you want to go to the clubs and eat in the restaurants that smell like stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast is buffet style nothing special but is probably the best thing about this terrible club (sorry I mean hotel). Management if you read this please have the decency to inform guests who may want to book, that it is A CLUB AND NOT A HOTEL! Hotel guests are secondary, I’m guessing those from the clubs find a friend and book a room to spend the night! Can’t see what other benefits this hotel would have for a club that plays loud music until 5am.

I am staying here for 3 nights, tonight was my first. Romilyn from reception is more than fabulous, the hotel offered my a complimentary upgrade to the next tier, which is fantastic, I really appreciated this wonderful gesture. I recommend that you look out for her, she truly is perfection in a human form! The room is clean and in excellent condition. the bathroom is spacious and everything was clean and in mint condition. The car park is spacious and lovely, your car is more than safe here, Great job! However here comes the bad news 1- You will not be able to sleep at night. I can hear the bass shaking the window of my room on the 9th floor. There is an afterparty everyday until 6 AM and its by the third party company, and according to the reception person I've spoken to (at 4AM) he said there is nothing that can be done about it, I have to accept it and go to bed. That's quiet sad because sleep is the most important thing. Given that I cant get my refund from *********** I have to wait everyday till it is 6 AM and once the party is over I can go to bed in peace. 2- The pool is very small and the area is not well looked after. The chairs are not organized and the walls around the pool have pictures of alcohol vendors, I dont understand if this is some advertisment but It really does not look professional since the hotel floors and rooms are really beautiful! 3- No travel kits (bath gel, shampoo or dental kits) in the bathroom, perhaps you are expected to bring yours with you. 4- The room service will never pick up the phone. I wanted to have the Arch burger, yet I kept calling for close to 15min at 2:30 AM but no one is handling my phone calls, I ended up ordering from Talabat which got me my food in less than 20 minutes. My Recommendation Avoid if you are a family, also if you are on a business trip, you will not be able to sleep, otherwise its excellent!
