The room is very comfortable to stay, and the quailty of breakfast is very good.

Good location and easy to reach city centre! Nice breakfast!

Really enjoyed our stay, easy check in and out. However, slight mixup and confusion at first by giving up a room that someone has already booked, luckily when we went in they weren’t in but they sorted it and ensured us it wouldn’t happen to us.

英國行程中最後一晚holiday酒店，一如即往的不錯

接待職員非常有禮貌和有効率，我晚上十一時到，一切都给我安排好，十分鐘之內已经可以進房間了。退房很很快。 早餐非常不錯，有英國早餐的熱点，補充也很迅速。 房間比較小，我有兩件大行李，可走動的地方变得很小了。不知道我是否不懂按需要的開關，我住的兩晚都没有暖氣，比較不方面。 雖然不在市中心，但如果步行到Spinningfields也只需十多分鐘，附近的retail park有很大的超市和咖啡店，也很方便。 這裡有很大的停車場，免费给住客用，非常讚！

It was a good stay at Holiday Inn Manchester West. A free parking is essential and most convenient to family travel.

床太小，沒拖鞋，停車場大

Location: very good (for concert at the ao arena), free parking: great, staff: great, breakfast: very good (lot of choice)....but bedroom above main street and very noisy...didn't sleep well. Soundproofing: very poor
