Tutto ok iniziando dall'accoglienza alla reception. Stanza grande e comoda, mia figlia ha molto apprezzato lo specchio con le luci, per il trucco, io anche gli altri servizi. Unica cosa che modificherei un po' è la colazione poco assortimento di dolci. Buona posizione.

I think this hotel is probably more suited to work related stays rather than a family hotel stay, certainly during the weekdays.

Use Premier Inns regularly for business and leisure. This one ticks all the boxes, it was clean, comfortable in a decent location. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good as you would expect. The major downside was car parking was at the adjacent NCP at an extortionate rate of £24 for 24hours, which adds a large percentage to the cost of the room.

The recommended parking at the NCP car park is a rip off at £34:95 for overnight. Room Chair dirty with red marks on it. Windows filthy. Bed very comfortable - likely buying a mattress Staff pleasant Bar prices realistic

Nice atmosphere , Matty was kind and friendly as were the wider Premier Inn team. Quick service and order taken, attention as needed , nothing too much trouble and a nice ambience in the dining room Very quiet clean environment Friendly Helpful Considerate

I go to Premier Inn when I travel around the country and this one is definitely one of the better ones. Really good staff (shout out to Tom who helped me navigate the arrival system). All of them are friendly and helpful. The famous breakfast was as good as ever, although there seemed to be less of a choice than usual. It is a 15-20 minute walk into the city with no direct public transport, but very well situated nonetheless. Well worth considering

A great place to stay, right on Old Trafford’s door step too if you are a United fan. Great staff and nice clean family rooms.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, the service inside was abysmal and upon arriving to our room we were greeted with a horrible musty/mouldy smell that overpowered the room. I turned on the AC in the hopes that some air circulation would improve the smell but it didn’t. Hotel staff weren’t interested when I brought this up and I was told that’s just how it is. The smell was so bad that upon returning home, all of my belongings smelled the same way.
