One of the worst experience I have had at a hotel. If I can given negative stars, I would. I booked 2 rooms via Trip.com app, which I showed them the confirmation email. They said they haven’t received the virtual card and couldn’t find the booking details on their system. We called Trip.com and the two parties discussed 3-4 times without solving anything. They didn’t say sorry or offered other solutions, even laughing and joking with others on the job. The reception staffs were ******, rude and unhelpful. Adam, who I assume is the manager, didn’t talk to me and left leaving the matter to someone else. Cindy confused herself with the email Trip.com clearly sent and blamed it on me for not communicating with Trip.com. Another person had the audacity to say my Asian name is too long and it confused her. All in all, just save your money and book elsewhere.
