房间还算是干净，但是小了点。楼下有餐厅但不算吵。離市中心很近，附近有电車站，火車站，还有免费的巴士可以坐。

房間非常非常非常小，很破舊，早餐和熱水還不錯，但是亞裔前台非常差勁。我們到的時候趕上前面一對講粵語的老夫妻問她問題，她聽得懂，但是不知道會不會講粵語，老夫妻用粵語問她，她用英語回答，但是老夫妻聽不懂英語，最後訕訕的走了。輪到我們的時候堅持跟我們講英文，明明自己手機系統用的中文，在聽到我跟我愛人講話用中文的時候也沒有為了更好的溝通跟我們講中文。而且，對待我們的態度很傲慢，很不耐煩，給房卡的時候也沒有提醒我們房間號是哪個，還要我們走到電梯後折回去問她。反之，她對待白人就是笑臉相迎，積極打招呼，噓寒問暖，關心備至。總之，這位亞裔的前台非常的discrimination。

One of the worst experience I have had at a hotel. If I can given negative stars, I would. I booked 2 rooms via Trip.com app, which I showed them the confirmation email. They said they haven’t received the virtual card and couldn’t find the booking details on their system. We called Trip.com and the two parties discussed 3-4 times without solving anything. They didn’t say sorry or offered other solutions, even laughing and joking with others on the job. The reception staffs were ******, rude and unhelpful. Adam, who I assume is the manager, didn’t talk to me and left leaving the matter to someone else. Cindy confused herself with the email Trip.com clearly sent and blamed it on me for not communicating with Trip.com. Another person had the audacity to say my Asian name is too long and it confused her. All in all, just save your money and book elsewhere.

給攜程客服100個差評，給酒店50個差評。
酒店check in的女人搞錯我已經預付、堅持收費。我拿到賬單連續攜程客服毫無結果，現在已經過去十天我要返程了，依然聯繫不到攜程客服。
最後，再我自己堅持不懈和酒店溝通，前台丟給我一個郵箱打發我，我繼續契而不捨，最後酒店管理層出來給我退款了，指着攜程客服恐怕就要交兩份房費了！
作為前攜程員工表示現在攜程的服務差到可笑，和以前完全不一樣，基本無直簽酒店，請各位預訂酒店的朋友們看清楚，攜程是agoda代理，自己衹是溝通，不如直接agoda預訂，可能還會好一點！！
另外，不要這個垃圾酒店！房間小，服務差！垃圾

房間小，小到特別小的程度。早餐不好吃，位置不錯，存包竟然收費。攜程非常好，信賴攜程，但是不喜歡這個酒店

The location is good, but the room is very narrow and the decoration style is a bit strange. It can be seen that the aesthetics are not mainstream. The biggest issue is the air conditioner, it's constantly noisy and it's frustrating when you have to use it

Arrived at 1pm as was going to leave my cases at hotel. However I was given a free early check-in as my room was already available. The staff member on the front desk was lovely, explained the city tax to me also.
My room was perfect for a solo traveller, very clean, nice and quiet, there was a menu in the room for the bar next door which you can access from the hotel, they also do breakfast in the morning.
All in all a very pleasant stay, and will stay again.

Very convenient location, around a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station and right next to the tram stop. Staff were all super friendly and informative. Clean room with a really comfy bed and nice shower. Everything you could need for a fairly cheap nights stay!
