San Marino by the Sea Apartments

Exceptional customer service. The standout was the property manager here who was honestly so lovely and accommodating during our stay. The property was also clean and the location was great with a beautiful view. We will defiantly rebook again next time we visit.

Fantastic location. Walk to beach, shops and bus stop out the front that can take you to Noosa. Richard was happy to pick up and drop off at airport and willing to assist when needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was lovely to have as the beach can get quite rough.

We stay yearly at San Marino and it is our favorite place in the world. Beautiful apartment with the most amazing outlook. Richard takes such beautiful care of the property. Our fridge broke while we were staying there and it was sorted straight away by Richard. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If heaven is real then it is definitely at Marcoola. Can’t wait for our next stay.

A wealth of information and tips :) including the best places to enjoy a meal and locations to visit. Although time was limited, I didn't have much time to enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony, but when I did it was just amazing. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with all you needed. The best part was the comfortable beds, no back ache ! I'm definitely going to bring the family back. My colleague and I were very grateful that we chose to stay here whilst attending a conference (next door). Richard was so welcoming and helpful when checking in. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with all you needed. The best part were the beds ... OMG it was like sleeping on a cloud. I'm definitely going to ask for some details!!

A friend and I are from the US. We did a multiple locations trip; Hawaii Fiji and Australia. At all the place we went, this location was our favorite. We want to come back 100 times more. For two young girls to be traveling, we felt safe. It was clean. The views were breathtaking. The apartment was everything we needed and more.

Visited as a family with 2 kids. We stayed in unit 20 which was nicely furnished and had a great view of the ocean. The apartment was spacious and roomy and despite kids leaving their stuff everywhere, it never felt cluttered. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a good amounts of cookware and utensils etc. Pool was heated, bbqs were cleaned and well maintained and there was a tennis/basketball court which they loaned out equipment for and was great for kids. The managers were super friendly and extremely helpful. They even advised in their pre-arrival email that we were able to check-in early as it was unoccupied the day before, which was a nice touch as it meant we could get up there, check in and enjoy the day. There are a few small cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket only a 2min drive away. Beach is litteraly on the doorstep. I dont often give 5/5 but i think san marino was worth it.

From the moment we opened the door we were impressed by the spaciousness and presentation of the apartment, but the most impressive thing was the view, oceanfront and uninterrupted. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms up to date and roomy. I will definitely be coming back.

Managers Richard and Leith are very responsive and went out of their way to assist us with specific requests. Well appointed spacious unit with everything we needed, Beautiful location on the beach, with a heated pool, furniture and beds were very comfortable. 5 minutes from airport, but very little air traffic noise. Walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, convenience store and chemist. This was our 2nd stay at San Marino this year, we would definitely return here in the future!
