服務極好，乾淨衞生，交通便利。

This is a clean and nice hotel. 10 minute walk to the train, short ride in to Venice. Not fancy, but no complaints. Breakfast was nice. The courtyard is cute, if the weather is nice you can have breakfast outside. Not too far from the train station and restaurants. Grocery store right next door.

Antica Villa Graziella, Venice Walking distance for train station approx 20 mins, buses approx 10 mins. Mestre is on the mainland just a short train or bus ride over the bridge to Venice approx 15 mins. Excellent location on a quiet road with short walk to supermarket and a few restaurants. Hotel offers very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. There is a TV, aircon and hairdryer in the room. No hot drinks facilities or fridge in the room, however if you ask nicely they will make you a coffee etc and you can sit out in the garden. Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, in particular 'Lorenzo' who manages to communicate in most languages. Anything you want to know just grab Lorenzo. Any problems with your room just let them know and they will sort it. Thank you for our lovely four night stay before moving on to Lake Garda

Мы приехали ближе после полуночи, ресепшен работал и нас быстро разместили. Хорошие, немного устаревшие номера, но чистые и комфортные, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, хорошая шумоизоляция. Отель очень удобно расположен, в 5 мин от остановки Lavelli, с которой на автобусе 6 и 6L можно доехать до Венеции (площадь Рима) за 10-12 мин за 1,5 евро. В отеле хорошие завтраки: отличный кофе, свежие круассаны, фрукты, сыры и колбасы, йогурты, вареные яйца, соки, орехи. Широкого выбора нет, но все вкусное и качественное. Спасибо русскоговорящей девушке, работающей в отеле за внимательное и доброжелательное отношение. На террасе отеля мы провели чудесные вечера в Венеции. Если что-то требовалось для ужина (тарелки, стаканы или столовые приборы) сотрудник ресепшена это быстро приносил. Мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием и с удовольствием вернемся в Виллу!

They had problems with the boiler which was making disturbing noises. Many guests stayed awake asking for intervention. At the reception where they barely speak a little English and almost nothing Italian, they told us before that it wasn't up to them. It was impossible to sleep. Then, faced with the evidence, they told us that we had to speak to the owner by calling him on the phone at midnight. At this point, bluntly and without any desire to find a solution, we were told to wait until the following morning. When a customer pointed out that it would then be fair to reimburse us for the costs, the response was that we could all abandon the room and leave. In the morning no one showed up, not even to apologize or explain what had happened. Avevano problemi con la caldaia che faceva rumori inquietanti. In tanti ospiti, siamo rimasti svegli a chiedere un intervento. In reception dove parlano appena un pò di inglese e quasi nulla di italiano, ci hanno detto prima che non dipendeva da loro. Poi, di fronte all'evidenza, ci hanno detto che dovevamo parlare con il titolare chiamandolo al telefono alle 24. A questo punto, in modo secco e senza alcuna volontà di trovare una soluzione, ci è stato detto di aspettare la mattina seguente. Quando un avventore ha fatto notare che allora sarebbe stato corretto rimborsarci i costi, la risposta è stata che potevamo tutti abbandonare la camera e andarcene. Alla mattina non si è presentato nessuno, nemmeno per scusarsi o spiegarci l'accaduto.

This hotel is really lovely and small ten minutes from Venice. I loved its simplicity and how dedicated the staff was to make this place feel like home. Also breakfast was really huge with a lot of different options to chose from. The hotel is 10 Minutes per bus from venice, but personally I don't mind.

Personale molto gentile, camere con tutte le accortezze x riposare quartiere molto silenzioso insomma giuste come appoggio, posto giusto x visitare Venezia vicino alla fermata dei tram o bus..da consigliare...x passare momenti a Venezia o dintorni

Buona la posizione vicino le varie fermate bus e a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione Venezia-Mestre. Ottima la pulizia della camera e del bagno privato moderno, colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce, personale cordiale e camere calde....

Ho prenotato questa struttura con Booking e nonostante accettasse clienti per la notte (così come è dimostrato dalla conferma avvenuta), la reception non era presente né ha risposto alle telefonate e messaggi. Sono stato costretto a rivolgermi alle Autorità per la truffa subita. Sconsigliati. Si prendono i vostri soldi e vi lasciano fuori
